Excellent location.

Cons:

Luggage was left in front lobby which made me nervous but the lobby is always manned. No small room for Luggage to be stored if you have late flight etc
Wasn't crazy on the decor, bit too much faux suede going on. But the location and price outweighs it. Full length mirror would be nice

Old and poorly maintained. Damp. Moldy showers and bathroom fixtures. Antiquated decor. 80s dungeon vibes.

Well located, welcoming Gem in Rome
Pros:

Have stayed in Rome many times before and this is certainly the best location & best boutique hotel experience thus far. The rooms are modern , fresh & well appointed with everything you need. Huge bathroom space & comfortable bed. The staff were so welcoming & assisted us with taxi bookings and transfers .Everything was perfect & I will definitely book again for our next stay in Rome

Cons:

The property was old and not very clean. The two women at the reception were very unfriendly. Zero idea about customer service and problem solving. The guy at the reception (can’t remember his name) he was super nice and very friendly.
