Pros:

The position

Cons:

Lost a nights sleep through very loud noise three rooms were effected all complained at reception was passed of as didn’t seem to be any one in charge

Nice stay but extremely overpriced if I compare to a 5 star hotel.
Pros:

Nice and clean. Helpful staff

Cons:

The value for money was extremely poor.

I was charged an extra £147 for single beds as opposed to a double bed.

I was also charged £45 for a small fillet of fish and 3 new potatoes. This was not a find dining restaurant and feel it was ridiculously expensive and simply did not need to be.

Pros:

L'emplacement est magnifique, près du village, au calme, sis près de la rivière, bon déjeuner avec vue

Cons:

1 ère chambre, lit trop petit, pas de vue, ai demandé de changer, plus cher, la seconde chambre, la 20, magnifique vue , lit très grand, mais les 2x les matelas s’enfoncaient, et bascullaient. ,

Very nice stay. Room with private covered jacuzzi and outside balcony with lovely views
Pros:

Location is good, 5 mins walk into the centre. Fantasic gardens and views. Did not dine at the venue so cannot comment.
Bedroom was wonderful, bathroom a little tired. Balcony lovely especially on an evening watching the sun go down. Private jacuzzi very hot (a bit too hot). Refreshments well stocked.

Fabuleux séjour au Pays de Galles
Pros:

La gentillesse incroyable du personnel, le lieu avec son jardin en pleine nature (et loin du centre ville bruyant). La propreté des chambres est irréprochable.

Cons:

La literie est un peu molle. Le dîner est un peu trop cher malgré l’indéniable qualité.

Stunning views and grounds however not worth the money we paid to stay.

The staff were very friendly and Polite,
Location is very good, a small walk into the village with a few bars and restaurants.

Cons:

The rooms could do with updating, the bathroom in the river view was very old and tired and it was river view however only if you were standing and looking over the balcony as it was not glass.
They are very understaffed as the check in person also had to serve at the bar so if someone was checking in there was a long wait to be served.
No atmosphere at all in the bar area as very quiet the majority of our stay and the dinner menu was very limited and a la carte which was a shame which meant we had to go into the village to eat rather than chill out after a day exploring!

Pros:

Tremenda escenografía en medio de los pinos, al lado del rio. El restaurante también es top. Comidas y postres de primer nivel. El servicio del mismo a la altura. Lo disfrutamos mucho!

Cons:

Una cama un poco más amplia hubiera sido apreciable. Es el único detalle que hubiera mejorado.

Perfect relaxing break, beautiful scenery, amazing staff, delicious food

Was a little shocked when 1st arrived not what I expected but one inside it is really lovely, the grounds are absolutely beautiful especially if you have fur babies. Every member of staff were amazing so friendly & welcoming. A perfect location can be in Betsy-y-coed in 5 min then back in your hotel so peaceful & relaxing.

Cons:

Outside could do with lick of paint but nothing really
