Honegg was the picture perfect experience to unwind and to connect with your significant other, to nature and to the overwhelming beauty of the Swiss landscape.

The staff was lovely and so helpful and we became obsessed with their breakfast and menu. We felt it was the best food we had in Switzerland by far!

My wife and I stayed here for a part of our honeymoon. The spa, views, pool, food, and staff were all incredible. We spent a day in Lucerne and based on a recommendation from the staff, took a nice easy hike just outside of the hotel, which had great views. They even upgraded our room when they found out it was our honeymoon. Our only regret is not spending more time here.

We were originally booked in Lucerne, but after a less-than-ideal hotel experience, we made a last-minute switch to Villa Honegg—and it did not disappoint. Perched high on a hill, the staff greeted us with warmth and impeccable service from the moment we arrived. The views were breathtaking, and even our mountainside room felt serene and luxurious.

Amenities: 5 stars.
Food: 5 stars (dinner and breakfast were both exceptional).
Staff: 5 stars.

And yes—there’s a distinct cow scent drifting off the veranda (welcome to the Swiss Alps!), but you quickly get used to it. Overall, a truly memorable stay and one we’d return to in a heartbeat.

Absolutely amazing oasis for a holiday, fantastic infinitely pool with jets and incredible views, cinema, cliff walk, food on the terrace and great attentive staff.

The drive up was an experience on its own, the location is indescribably beautiful with panoramic views of the mountains, green valleys and blue lakes below, spotted with little farms and villages. Staff was supremely helpful and kind, treated us like family, offering advice and perspective on surrounding areas and other destinations along our trip. The room was comfortable and beautiful as well. Food was delicious, the pool is a must do experience. They let us charge our EV for free in the garage. The hiking trails around the property were borderline unoccupied and yet very well maintained, with breathtaking views of the surrounding area. We were able to easily walk to the nearby Bürgenstock to get lunch and take the catamaran to Lucerne and back. My only regret is that I did not stay longer.

Standout hotel in breathtaking location. Truly unique in every way. Staff are wonderful.

Hotel incrível, visual sensacional.

O hotel é incrível. Piscina maravilhosa, quarto excepcional, comida esplêndida! Voltaria mil vezes. A única observação é que a piscina poderia ser 2 graus mais aquecida, aí ficaria perfeito. Maravilha!

We enjoy 3 beautiful and pleasant days at Villa Honegg. This little piece of Heaven delighted us, from the kind and efficient service to the amazing view from our room, everything was special. The breakfast is delicious, the dinner is unmissable and the fondue experience was a must. Congrats!
