El personal del turno del desayuno muy bien,un buen buffet para desayunar quizás lo mejor del hotel,. El hotel está algo apartado del centro digamos en un polígono pero el bus está muy cerca y en 10 minutos estas en el centro de Pamplona. Sin problemas para aparcar

Destacaría el desayuno, muy variado y hasta las 11h.La habitación estaba limpia y las camas eran grandes. Hay sitio para aparcar gratis y sin problema en los alrededores.

Cons:

Nula insonorización, se oye absolutamente todo de pasillos y habitaciones contiguas. La habitación no muy grande y los colchones blandísimos.
