Mokambo Shore Design Hotel

We were there for the first time. Everything was on top,the service,the people who work there,the cleaning ladies were very friendly..we had a good time.

All very friendly, nice decor, unfortunately a bit dark in the corridor on the top floor, good location of the hotel very close to the beach, food is good, waiters are all very nice, especially the waiter Stefano, very friendly and courteous

the place is pretty. the food is tasty (; and it have a good presentation. the hotel is big enough, the hall it’s a little noisy during peak hours, but it’s not a big problem. loved it! ^^ recommended for a trip with your family or with your friends (;

Great value for money. Can be crowded and noisy during the rush hours at the restaurant but it is expected given the holiday season in full swing, so be patient! :)
The hotel staff is always very helpful! Well done!

Bella struttura molto pulita e personale molto cortese. Tante attenzioni per il cliente !

Staff molto cordiale

I had booked two rooms, only one was available, friends were put up in another hotel,around the corner. Not the best, but ok!

Situato a 200 metri dalla spiaggia, 1 ombrellone e 2 lettini compresi nel soggiorno.
Camere non molto grandi ma pulite e carine.
È nuovo, moderno, peccato che la piscina sia quasi sempre all'ombra.
Il centro di Cesenatico è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi facendo una passeggiata.

Hotel molto bello e moderno, personale gentilissimo e cordiale, complimenti!

Debbo dire pensavo meglio ... Il servizio fotografico e' fatto molto bene , in generale mi aspettavo più eleganza e una clientela diversa . Invece mi sn ritrovato nel classico albergo x famiglie dove regna il caos , i bambini piangono di notte e di giorno schiamazzano in piscina per nn parlare poi delle resse che ci sono all'ora di pranzo e cena..un vero assalto lungo le scale . Infine la prima colazione di media qualità . sicuramente nn ci tornerei più

Fräscht och trevligt hotell med pool som ligger nära stranden. Bra service och engagerad personal. Det enda jag kan anmärka på är att frukosten inte var så bra. Men då bör man tänka på att den är i Italienska mått och vi är inte så vana vid så mycket sötsaker. Kan verkligen rekommendera hotellet och vi kommer säkert tillbaka.

I never see hotel like this in my life. When we arrived, the parking is 550 meters from hotel. Then after we check in... The lady reception.. Not said anything like welcome etc.. She give the key of the room and that' s it. When we r the room.. Have air condition but dont hav remote control. And it's really hot. I start to get mad because cant find remote control Because we just walked from parking then arrived cant use air condition!! My bf went down again to ask where remote control.. They said have to deposit 20€ for remote control!! What they think im gonna do with the remote? Stolen? But anyway.. why they dont ask or give us when we arrived and do check in? Then when we opened.. Air condition it's not worked!!!!! Omg!!!Im so angry. And the boy at receiption come to see then he said sorry and he have to call technique person to see wht happened?!?! What?!?! We wait about 5 hours for make it's work!!! They not even want to change the room for us! We paid 120€ for hotel but dont have anything work! I think it's very stupid problems! Free Bicycle - but have noise when we ride and at night the light in bicycle didnt work!! Room is soooo small. They say have private beach.. But when i went there dont have even the space for us on the beach! Incredibile.. Last thing horrible.. When we check out... The lady not even say thank you.. Or sorry for wht ever happened with clients !!!! I think she not good enough to be staff here. If i was the owner... I will not gonna pay salary for who worked like this!!! So bad manner! And dont even know how to work.!

Hotellet är två år gammalt och hålls riktigt rent och snyggt. Service lite svajig, men utbudet är bra. Gratis solstolar ( kostar ca €30 pr dag annars) och cyklar ger extra plus. Matsalen lite opersonlig och stökig i bland. Hotellet erbjuder all-inclusive, men rekommenderas inte, frukost räcker.

Nice modern hotel. Rooms and shower very cramped. Breakfast nice and a good selection. Very little english spoken by staff. But hotel is extremely loud. As a family hotel there was the constant screaming of children in corridors, and the constant slamming of doors, by children AND their parents. As all the corridors were tiled, everything echoed even more, and the dragging of the furniture across above floors by housekeeping staff added to the constant screaming/slamming of doors will not make us return, even with kids!!! The elderly gentleman running the beach service was excellent and very welcoming

molto rumore alla mattina, in vacanza la colazione dalle 8 alle 10 e' poco. se esci dalla stanza dopo le 1200 non fanno la pulizia. bagno ed in particolare la doccia molto piccoli. All'atto dello scarico delle valige sono stato multato perché ho lasciato l'auto sulle strisce blue. Nessun interessamento da parte del personale dell'albergo.

The hotel was a close distance to the gorgeous beach and the breakfast was great! Our room was very comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotellet var veldig bra men ligger i et slitent område Dette er et all inclusiv-hotell. Litt ville tilstander ved frokost, lunsj, middag. Hotellets nærområde bar preg av å være forfallent. Flere hoteller som var stengt/nedlagt med knuste vinduer og overgrodde fasader. Mokambo fremstår som helt nytt og har et bassengområde som er lite med ok. Bassenget er også noe smått, men fungerer for en dag eller to. Masse fellesaktiviteter for barn/voksne hvis man ønsker det. Gangavstand til Cesenatico sentrum som har mange bra restauranter - veldig koselig by med spesielle kanaler og mye liv.

bra hotell, bra med gratis wifi, bra med gratis solstolar hela veckan och bra med gratis parkering. Fruksot av dålig kvalitet, i stort sett bara banrfamiljer med små barn. Poolen stänger kl 17, inte bra.
