Le service, la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel, la propreté de la chambre et le confort du lit. La baignoire à remous un régal.

Cons:

Rien de particulier, j'ai eu un problème entre la réservation booking et la leur, ils voulaient me faire payer les petits déjeuners alors qu'ils étaient inclus dans ma réservation.

Pros:

the location is very good and the private parking is easy. The staff are all very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

There was a musty smell in the corridor when we got outt of the lift on floor 2 { i think}. When we tried to use the spa bath { I prefer a shower} i could not get it to work and there were no instructions. I have stayed a number of times over the last 20 years and I think perhaps the group that owns it now is not putting the investment in.
