Séjour professionnel très agréable
Pros:

Séjour très agréable avec un personnel très attentionné. Dommage que certaines parties de l'hotel soient un peu "vieillotes''... Il faudrait un peu moderniser tout en gardant le charme de ce bel établissement idéalement situé.

Pros:

La situation, le calme, le personnel, les conseils à l’accueil pour visiter la ville, les parties communes, le petit déjeuner, le garage sécurisé.

Cons:

La chambre un peu petite, la baignoire jacuzzi dont nous n’avons pas su faire fonctionner la douche….

Great location for a look around the centre of Vichy.
Pros:

Great location, we were fortunate to be able to park in front of the hotel for free but it was January.

Cons:

Bedroom though comfortable was quite small for 2 people.
