Imperial Heritage Hotel, Valamar Collection

One of the nicest vacation we had as a family. The hotel is great, the staff was nice and helpfull, everything was spotless. The only thing we disliked were the pillows, a bit too soft for us, but otherwise nice and big room, nice and comfy bed. The amenities were great and the food was delicious. The location of the hotel was perfect, near to the port and old town, but not that near to hear any noise, just perfect.

We spent 5 days at the Imperial Heritage Hotel on Rab island in August and it was lovely. The food is excellent (half board) with a wide selection. Very friendly staff - particular praise goes to Iva on reception, Petar on front of house at the restaurant and (sorry forgotten their names) the lovely Filipino chef and the Austrian waiter. The pool area was lovely and clean and always sunbeds available which is a real bonus. Shuttle buses to the nearby beaches is a bonus too! The stay was a little pricey but you do feel this is a real 4 star, a bit of a treat, and off the beaten track. Rooms nicely furnished too. My only criticism is the cost of drinks at dinner. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Amazing experience. Close to everything in the city, but hidden in the beautiful nature. Pool is great, and beach is a 6 min walk away. Entertainment at night keeps it fun if you dont feel like stroll
ing the old town - acoustic music, movie nights, dance shows. Has a neat gym and great outdoor activities like biking and guided runs. Food is AMAZING. Everything tastes homemade and there are options if you eat vege or gluten free. Service is very kind and helpful. Would always reccomend and come back!

We visited this hotel the 4th time in a row and we will continue to do so.. everything is just perfect: the Service, the location, the food and the surrounding. We surely come back and o can only recommend to book this hotel. It made our holiday an unforgettable memory.

Dejligt poolområde og beliggende ned til havneområde.
Vi kunne kun bestille ophold inkl. halv pension og må nok sige at det kunne være bedre. Lørdagen var maden ikke speciel god, men søndag var den rigtig fin. Det var som om at der havde været 2 forskellige hold kokke på.
Synes Hotellet er for dyrt, i forhold til hvad det er.

Everything is perfect! The hotel staff is very kind and communicative, ready to answer all questions. V-level room is very comfortable, equipped with everything you need for a carefree stay. In the morning when you wake up, and the view from the balcony "shoots" at the old town of Rab, the day cannot start badly! The food is the best of all the hotels I have stayed in so far, big bravo to everyone who participates in creating the menu and preparing the food. A combination of peace and luxury, all recommendations!

Wonderful hotel, we have been here 4 years ago and the hotel is even better now. Food is just excellent, if you are gluten free this is hotel for you, so many options for gluten free, vegetarian and vegan diet. Pool and outdoor area are just great, relaxing vibe, although it is not adults only and there are familys with kids it has adults only vibe. Hotel has 3 tennis courts, 2 table tennis with equipment, excellent gaming room, even though we don't have kids we were so entertained and playing, and we weren't the only ones. Rooms are nice, beds comfortable, staff super friendly. We can highly recommend this hotel! I must mention the best feature of the hotel, location location location! Right in city centre but secluded in city park, nice and quite. Hotel offers private every day transfer to 3 best beaches in the island. Also you can use bikes, and golf car transfers free of charge. Best value hotel in the island of Rab!

We had a perfect and amazing experienced during our stay.
We really enjoyed all the facilities. The property has a lot of modern amenities and activities for guests, including a modern bar, swimming pool and game zone.
We found the staff very friendly and helpful.

Absolutly satusfied with my stay. With the hotel, staff, location and whole arangment, cleanines, room, food..Especially with the impression that quality service is mandatory and normal for all staff. It looks so easy on them. It has been more than 15 days from my stay and I still think about my beautifull expirience.

The hotel has a perfect location in Rab. The sevices are perfect, the staff is extremly helpful. We really enjoyed the Transfer to the beaches, the e-tuk and the boat too. The food is various and very tasty. Pool area is clean, you have also indoor pool. The city is just few steps away.Simply, perfect holiday.

Staff was amazing. Great rooms, comfy beds, scooters and bikes free to rent out, great location…no major complaints!

I wished the hotel was a bit taller so that you could have unobstructed sea view, this way there is a nice forrest in the way.

Half board was excellent, great variety of choices. Definitely get the V level room, the difference in price is not as big but there are so many extra benefits you get.

Rooms 2+2 really good and spacious. Service and hotel staff really friendly and helpful.
Good choice of food. It would be nice to serve pizza for kids in the evening.
Still, i would suggest a small Maro playroom to fulfill a whole Valamar family experience.
