Reno

As ever, a very pleasant stay. I have been using Reno for some years now and have never been disappointed.

We booked a two room suite for one night a day before travel. It was a great hotel and affordable price for our party of 5 people: excellent location, easy check in, clean room with all you might need, friendly and helpful staff. I would stay again with the family in this hotel

Dejligt centralt med gågade lige ude foran. Sødt personale der var meget behjælpelig med at bære klapvogn op og ned af trapper.

I just ordered the basic room for the night before flying home. The room was adequate and comfortable. No phone but the receptionist knocked on my door to make sure I was up to get my early flight. Reception ordered my taxi for me the night before and told me how much the charge would be. I would stay again.

The main advantage of staying at Reno is its location. It is located in the center of Odessa and walking distance to many places. The price for the location is good.

Couples of downsides: The bathroom is small and hot water goes on and off during the bath. Also bathroom smells a little bit.

The other thing to be careful is to find someone speaks English. Although i could solve the problems somehow, it can be a problem for anyone. But Nadia the manager speaks fluent English.

I arrived on a Friday Night or Saturday morning around 3 AM and because of Halloween parties hotels main door was closed and i needed to call the hotel to help me with entering. Again it took a while to speak to someone in English. But again after 15 minutes everything was okay again.

But having these downsides are okay for Odessa with the price you are paying for. Therefore, I highly recommend staying at Hotel Reno, especially, if you want be in the center.

I'm a big man and the European style bathrooms are very small it was a little cramped but I need you the staff was amazing they help me in everything possible

The receptionist was great and very helpful and friendly. She speaks good english and provided me some great tips about city

Perfect located , reno is a small hotel perfect for The weekend only one think went wrong the toilet had a very bad smell of sewage except this everything was good i do recomand it!

The room was lovely but not what we had read on Expedia. Breakfast wasn't included. Everything cost extra. Very peasant staff

Walking to beach is easy although it takes long close to center clean hotel excellent helpfull staff

At the end of my stay, the hotel added a $50 airport taxi transfer charge to the room rate, when $5 is the going rate. My assumption had been the transfer was free, since no one quoted a rate when I ordered it. Nowhere on the hotel's website did it say it charges a transfer fee or the amount, and in fact lists transfer with its free services -- such as free Wi-Fi. The charge was eventually removed, but only after arguing with the desk clerk and extensively with the offsite administrator by phone. They were rude and unapologetic. After paying the bill, the desk manager continued to argue and said I had been placed on a "blacklist" of guests. Unbelievably unprofessional! The "standard" room is smaller than pictured -- room only for a double bed and little else. A person can hear the conversations in neighboring rooms, creating the atmosphere of a cheap hostel. There was supposedly a kitchen, but nobody was interested enough to explain what services were offered there and it wasn't staffed. Nobody had so much as a map of the city to offer. For the price, a tourist can do better. The best selling point is its central location, which may not be enough to keep this hotel in business unless staff improve their attitude to guests.
