Location was very good. Overall vibe of the room was okay. Breakfast was included, while not superb. Enjoyed jacuzzi tub very much.

Cons:

Ventilation was so poor. Furniture looked beautiful, but they were uncomfortable overall. There was some safety hazard from the washroom. Overall bit edgy and I got cut with the shower head attached to jacuzzi tub because it was very sharp.

Pros:

La vue sur la place Champlain a partir du spa et de la terrasse, wow! Au coeur d'un quartier magique offrant tout un circuit de ballade à pieds et une bouffe délicieuse. Bref, un écrin de beauté et de relaxation parfait pour une lune de miel ! Nous avons été extrêmement bien reçus, merci encore !

Cons:

Les deux télés ont perdu le signal rapidement mais comme on ne voulait pas vraiment être dérangé nous avons simplement fait autre chose. Les serviettes étaient nombreuses mais auraient pu être un peu plus grandes. Nous aurions aussi aimé un peu plus de variété au déjeuner.

Incredible hotel and staff!
Pros:

My sister and I visited on June 14 for my birthday. Amazing hotel and staff! Unfortunately, she had a medical emergency and the hotel staff stepped in and helped find me rooms for an extended stay, made me comfortable, and showed such kindness in a very stressful situation. I will be forever grateful. Special mention to Nabu and Tamila who went out of their way with their compassion and empathy.

This is a beautiful hotel and really an unforgettable experience. Right in the heart of everything! I would 100% recommend this hotel.

Very nice room and bath. Seemed expensive to not include any amenities beyond basic accommodations.

very nice and clean room and luxury bath.

Cons:

Everything was a la carte pricing. Have to pay additional for parking, breakfast and premium cable channels. Also did not see anything indicating that wifi was available or included. These things should be included at the price of this hotel.
