Las Suites at Campos Elíseos
Pros:

All the staff, specially Daniel was very attentive to our needs from the first day we arrived. Room was great, and although we had an issue with the temp of the a/c the first night it was solved the very next morning. Breakfast was very good and very helpful that it was served early because we had a couple of early tours. We will recommend to all of our friends.

Overall a good hotel and great value for price
Pros:

The room was spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was free flow of 24 hour coffee, tea and fruits at the reception. The location was very convenient.

Cons:

The breakfast barely had vegetarian options. Also, the breakfast did not include any hot items like omelets for which I had to pay extra. It also did not have options like cappucino or latte.

Séjour dans un quartier chic
Pros:

L’emplacement est super dans un beau quartier moderne. Les chambres sont bien spacieuses. Le personnel est charmant

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner pourrait être un peu amélioré. On entend la circulation en bruit de fond sur certaines chambres donnant sur les voies rapides

Pros:

The hotel is locatel in a safe area inPolanco, close to Avenida Presidente Masaryk with its high- end Boutiques and restaurants. The rooms are soacious and quiet. The staff is very friendly, especially Daniel, who went out of his way to get us concert tickets and helped us with drivers to explore the envírons of México City

Terrible traffic noise all day and night
Pros:

Our room faced the road, and traffic noise was loud and constant throughout the day and all night, making it difficult to sleep or even relax. The room itself was large, but somewhat run down and not especially clean. Several basic items were missing at check-in, including coffee supplies and extra sheets. We asked that these be provided, but the requests were never addressed.

The staff were friendly, but given the persistent and disruptive street noise, I would not recommend staying here.

Lovely Mexico City Suites!
Pros:

My husband and I were guests at Las Suites in Mexico City in February. The staff was extremely helpful and curteous and the accommodations were quite comfortable. Breakfast was quite nice with good selection and was included in our stay. A coffee/tea station with fresh fruit was always available as well. A shout out to our server, Oscar, who was always at the ready for any requests we had, was professional and always smiliing. Ourroom, on the 6th floor, was a roomy 2 bedroom suite. The master bedroom bed was nice and firm but not too hard. The secondary bedroom afforded more room to spread out with luggage etc.There was a kitchen set-up complete with microwave, 2 burner counter stove and full size refrigerator. This was very useful when we just wanted to relax in our room in the eveing. While not in the exact heart of the action, the location was very accessible to all the main attractions of museums etc., and since we enjoy walking worked out quite well. Uber to outer locations, such as the historic area was easy as well. I highly recommend Las Suites for a very enjoyable and relaxing stay while in Mexico City!

Great hotel, double check the prices with them before booking
Pros:

Hotel amenities and location is amazing. On this reservation the hotel changed the price of the room when checking-in to a 30% more expensive price. They said their website had an issue and prices were not valid, but it felt like a joke.
