El desayuno inlcluido muy completo el bufet y atencion muy buena. La habitación hermosa, un monoambientes muy completo con todos los servicios para poder ser independiente. La ubicación es una zona muy segura me gusta trotar a una cuadra de poder agarrar una ruta ideal para trotar. Nadar una piscina larga y y profunda que permite practicar natación y puede ser complementado con un gimnasio

Ottimo alloggio a Polanco
Pros:

Ottima posizione, struttura pulita e moderna. Staff cortese e disponibile

Cons:

Avevamo prenotato una stanza per tre adulti e avevano preparato solo un letto matrimoniale king size. La cosa è stata comunque risolta subito: al momento del check-in ci hanno chiesto se volevamo un letto singolo in più e lo hanno messo in camera nel giro di 10 minuti

Muy buen lugar para visitar CDMX
Pros:

El hotel está en un barrio muy agradable para ir caminado a tiendas y restaurantes. El personal en general fue muy amable, destacando a Daniel la persona que nos ayudó con las maletas y nos dio en todo momento un trato cordial y preocupado, un game changer.

Cons:

Quizás el desayuno podría incluir café de grano y el personal de front desk podría tener una atención más consistente, algunos muy buenos otros no tanto

Las Suites at Campos Elíseos
Pros:

All the staff, specially Daniel was very attentive to our needs from the first day we arrived. Room was great, and although we had an issue with the temp of the a/c the first night it was solved the very next morning. Breakfast was very good and very helpful that it was served early because we had a couple of early tours. We will recommend to all of our friends.

Overall a good hotel and great value for price
Pros:

The room was spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was free flow of 24 hour coffee, tea and fruits at the reception. The location was very convenient.

Cons:

The breakfast barely had vegetarian options. Also, the breakfast did not include any hot items like omelets for which I had to pay extra. It also did not have options like cappucino or latte.
