Good stay in Polanco
Pros:

Breakfast was excepcional. Vallet and porter service was excepcional.

Cons:

Water leaking from ceiling in the bathroom. I was offered another room but did not accept It as we were otherwise content with the room.

Great spot for families, business travel, and more
Pros:

Very comfortable 2 bedroom suite had everything we needed for a family of 4. We stayed for 2 weeks and they were very accommodating (other than not allowing PJs to be worn at breakfast). I was able to work from the business center and the internet was good. Breakfast was good, spa and pool were good, service at the restaurant and room service was always prompt. We had exceptional service from Daniel especially who helped us with our bags a various other things. Location is good if you need to stay in Polanco, just be aware the hotel is right next to a highway and depending on where your room is you’ll get some highway noise. All in all a fabulous stay and would stay again any time!

Pros:

The amenities and the swimming pool. Rooms are beautifully decorated. And the bed is very comfortable.
Room service food came fast and presentation was great

Cons:

The room I was given was located near a busy road so that I could hear everything. All the trucks that were passing by were very loud. They should put double-glazed windows in those units.
The shower was a rain shower but the water was falling all over the place and didn't clean the hair well as it lacked the pressure

Noisy and not worth it
Pros:

Extreme y noisy , rooms in one of the towers are next to the highway and you can’t sleep at night
The windows and doors are not sound proof
I asked fue a room change but they did not comply
They gave me a pair of ear plugs, ridiculous
For the money you can get much better
