Pros:

The amenities and the swimming pool. Rooms are beautifully decorated. And the bed is very comfortable.
Room service food came fast and presentation was great

Cons:

The room I was given was located near a busy road so that I could hear everything. All the trucks that were passing by were very loud. They should put double-glazed windows in those units.
The shower was a rain shower but the water was falling all over the place and didn't clean the hair well as it lacked the pressure

Noisy and not worth it
Pros:

Extreme y noisy , rooms in one of the towers are next to the highway and you can’t sleep at night
The windows and doors are not sound proof
I asked fue a room change but they did not comply
They gave me a pair of ear plugs, ridiculous
For the money you can get much better

Nice hotel for business stay
Pros:

I stayed at this hotel during a business trip and had a very good experience. The service was excellent overall, and the staff was always professional and helpful.

I especially want to mention Oscar and America working at the breakfast and restaurant area — they were amazing. Very attentive to details, fast, friendly, and always making sure everything was perfect. Their service really made a difference during my stay.

My only note is that AC at gym area was not working
