Overall fine stay but definitely will look elsewhere in the future
Pros:

Location was good, bell staff very nice and attentive. Front desk left a bit to be desired. I wanted to avoid paying and additional $60 (would have been $120 extra otherwise) by waiting to hopefully check in 15 minutes to hopefully check in early. We waited 15 minutes only to find out room wasn’t ready. What a way to waste a customers time, seems like they could have checked availability either way

Cons:

Room wasn’t very clean. Plastic hair cover over smoke detector, bunk bed was very worn and I had to make the bunk beds up (sheets left stacked at foot of each bed even though reservation clearly made for 3 people), bundle of hair on window sill, leaky shower seal was moldy, 4 hairs on main bed pillow. Shower spray handle broken. Ice maker on our floor was broken. Not good cleaning

La moquette lo rende poco igienico, gli arredamento sono datati, ma la cosa peggiore è stato il bagno: sanitari vecchi, mancanza di un piano di appoggio e soprattutto doccia con tenda quando nelle foto della stanza presenti su booking all'atto della prenotazione c'era un box doccia in vetro. Abbiamo chiesto di avere una camera con box doccia come da foto della prenotazione e ci è stato detto non ne avessero! Allora le foto che abbiamo visto sono false?

Ótima localização e o hotel é muito bem equipado.
Pros:

Tive um problema de eletricidade no meu quarto e eles rapidamente resolveram, me realocando em outro quarto melhor. Além disso, a localização é ótima, perto da Tiems Square, Broadway. A academia é excelente.

Cons:

Os elevadores são um pouco demorados.

Pros:

Fab central location for everything. Nicer areas but this was great for what we needed. Very clean and comfy beds. Good sized rooms.

Cons:

Was offered late checkout, without the knowledge that leaving bags would be an additional cost per bag and cash only, which in my situation wasn’t feasible.

Es accesible pero se escucha todo. Los portazos de los otros cuartos, las amas de llaves haciendo limpieza, etc. La ubicación no es la mejor. Por el mismo precio hay otros hoteles más cerca de las cosas turísticas.

Good hotel, good value for money for the area
Pros:

Very good hotel, clean, well located, with a quick and easy check-in. We were able to leave our luggage and go out, and there are many areas around the hotel, including a terrace.

Cons:

The room is small, and the view is not as good as we expected. There is only a small window—we paid an extra fee for a better view, but it still wasn’t what we expected. You also have to take two elevators to reach the room, which can cause delays during peak hours.

Cons:

Era de noche teníamos las ventanas abiertas y de uno de los edificios había alguien con una linterna haciendo señales intermitentes con ella hacia el hotel.

Proximity to all important locations

Cons:

Windows curtains were faulty and I have raised this issue with the Hotel management and Housekeeping team once I check-in to the Hotel. However, the same was not fixed till I checked out after 3 days.. There was no privacy and I was very disappointed as the issue was raised with several people on call and also with the staff in Reception but the issue remained unresolved. I expect better service from the Yotel team.
