Horrible - Stay - Away
Pros:

Staff was incompetent and rude. After a canceled flight, I arrived at the hotel at 6 AM morning. Asked for late checkout when i woll try a flight one more time. Front desk could not figure out the process for late checkout, and the following day changed their mind and said no.

Rooms space is non-existent and might be cheap for a hotel to pay after a cancelled flight but would never recommend or stay at this place.

Hello, I requested an extra bed, and you could not provide one. Then I asked, "If you have a room that would allow 2 people to sleep in separate beds and you could offer it to us at the price that we already paid for the current room, we would greatly appreciate that." And you replied with, " I can recommend making a separate reservation for this request." I consider this to be terrible customer service and I am very disappointed by your inability to help me. Next, you promised that "Every room includes a private bathroom." That is completely FALSE. There was no private bathroom. There was a sink and a shower that were actually completely viewable from all parts of the room, making them not private AT ALL!!! In fact we had to inconvenience each other and ask the other person to LEAVE THE ROOM while we each showered just to have a little privacy! You said that our room includes a HAIRDRYER. IT DID NOT!!! This was a huge inconvenience!!! Next I asked you to honor the "America250 USA Hotel Package. You refused. Lastly, I contacted you through your text messaging system. I requested 2 extra blankets and 4 towels. You replied, "I've requested 2 blankets and 4 towels for you." I replied asking if they would bring the items directly to my room or if I need to go pick them up somewhere. You replied, "Our housekeeping team will deliver them to your room shortly." AN HOUR LATER, I said, "Hello, I am still waiting for my blankets and towels." You replied that you have escalated this with the housekeeping team and they will bring them to my room "right away." NEARLY ANOTHER HOUR passed, and I messaged you, "I've been waiting nearly 2 hours! What is going on????" You replied that the Front Desk team will reach out to me shortly, "to make this right." The front desk never reached out to me. No one ever reached out to me.

The room smelled really bad and I had to pay for them to keep my bags for a few hours, which doesn’t happen in any hotel and it says Times Square and it’s not even close, it’s a 20 min walk
