Die Lage ist sehr gut. Zu Fuß ist man nach einem kurzen Spaziergang mittendrin. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Old rooms, very busy elevators, cleaning is ok but I did find hairs in the bathroom. Location is ok but nearest metro stop is a 15 minute walk.
Central location for staying in midtown Manhattan. The bed was comfy.
The furniture is so old, lots of pieces in the room falling apart.
The breakfast staff seemed overwhelmed and overworked, most of them were rude. The breakfast was so abysmal with horrible, very badly diluted coffee… I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

felt like a brothel or a dorm hall, unsanitary, could hear people through the shower vent and from the huge gap in the wall, weird hospital-bed-like situation, ripped and stained bed borders. paid over 1100 for two nights and was the worse hotel i’ve ever stayed in and couldn’t complain more about how awful it was for that value. front desk staff was rude when i asked to borrow a charger, yelled at me for expecting that they might lend me one when i was beyond polite and apologetic.

the property was located perfectly for our needs. it was very centric and near everything we wanted to visit. the amenities were pretty nice and the rooftop area was pretty well kept and very very pretty. the staff from the lobby to the ones who store the luggages were very welcoming and very nice.
out of my stay there was only one thing we didn’t like and it was the rooms. they were very well kept and the towels and sheets and bathroom and carpet was clean; however, the base board of the bunk beds was damaged and giving the bed a dirty look. the bathroom mirror did not turn to the fullest and there was no actual light in the room so for four girls it was hard. the bunk beds were so uncomfortable, it felt like sleeping on the floor. i would recommend adding some cushion to the bunks. the actual bed was like laying on a pillow. and when we arrived we noticed there was no curtain in our room. the staff was quick to resolve the situation and moved us to a room on a higher floor.
