The location is perfect, the hotel is clean and good
nothing
We stayed at your hotel from 11–16 June 2026 before continuing our holiday to another state in the US. Since leaving, we have discovered that several of our belongings were stolen from our room during our stay.
Our booking included rooms 1010, 1015 and 1018. Specifically, room 1015 has had multiple designer polo shirts, cash, and an iPad stolen.
We are extremely shocked and disappointed that this has occurred at what we understood to be a reputable hotel. We are certain that these items were in our possession when we checked in and had remained in the room throughout our stay. Therefore, we have no doubt that the theft occurred while we were guests at your property.

Very scuffed and dated furniture in the room, bathroom door kept opening, auto check in machines in the lobby did not work, desk and lobby staff not very nice

My “cabin” had a TV and the remote control didn’t work. The phone in the room didn’t work. The safe either. Apart from that, there was just the bare minimum in the room.
It took an hour at 1 am to check in.
In the suite next to me, there were at least 10 dudes ( how are so many even allowed?) in complete rage throwing furniture against the wall, fighting with each other, yelling in the corridor and throwing doors. The walls were shaking, it was an horrible experience. At no time, security came and there was no way to contact the staff downstairs.
Horrified stay.
To be fair, next day when I went downstairs to report and inform I wanted another room, they upgraded me. It doesn’t change the experience though…
