Location was excellent
The room too small and bed was uncomfortable.
convenient location, great view from our room, the robot luggage storage gadget was pretty cool, good value at $3 a pop
Outlets by the bed didn't work, heated towel rack in the bathroom didn't work, poor wifi connection in the lounge. You can get coffee from the vending machine, great for early risers, however the coffee was lousy, I've had better in a 24/7 kombini in rural Japan.

The location was perfect for the money. The bed was comfortable
The sink in our room had some leaks. Part of them were repaired but some others couldnt be fixed so we ended up putting a bin under it.
There were several groups of people (very young people) durong our stay and they were very noisy. We stayed for 14 days and for 2 weekends we got to call them to lower the voices.
The buttons of the bed didn’t work so we couldn’t move the bed.
The bathroom glass-door sometimes didn’t close properly
good value for the location. the luggage robot was great. i liked then mini vending machines and seating areas.
rooms weren’t that clean. old & outdated beds. one of my rooms had mold. dirty walls and blinds.

I walk to the front desk the night before to request a wake up call 3:30 am because of my early flight, they never call me … i got to front desk and they didn’t know what to answer, my flight was in an international flight first class to my daughter’s graduation. My daughter is been going to a university in Switzerland. If I would’ve missed this flight, I would’ve missed your graduation and thousands of dollars worth of flight expenses. On top of it, it was a winter storm and took extra time to get to the airport i am a manager on a 5* hotel in cabo san Lucas México , and this is not acceptable. It would’ve been nice if I could’ve just received a general confirmation and an apology from the staff at the front desk, but I did not receive that. I spent a lot of time in New York with family and friends, and I hope in the future, if I return that, I’m treated with the same respect that I would give the people that I service in the industry that I am in here back in Cabo San Lucas. Make sure that if you ask for a wake up call as a guest that they confirm it for you.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, accoglienza ottima, veloce e ragazzi super disponibili. Camere un po’ piccole, ma che tutto quello che serve.
Ci hanno offerto anche una macchina per il ritorno in aeroporto ad un prezzo minore di Uber. Check-in e Check-out velocissimi. Se dovessimo tornare sicuramente sarebbe la nostra prima scelta.
