Nice Rooms and Great location
Pros:

The location is amazing, in walking distance to Times Square. The rooms are spacious, pretty and very clean. There is a water and ice dispenser on every floor, a cool gym and a nice lobby and sunroom to hang out, work or eat.

Cons:

We went in March and the rooms were quite cold. Also, there are only glass doors to the bathroom with a thin curtain - we used the hairdryer for privacy ;) and heating

A potentially great hotel spoiled by tired rooms and stressed staff.
Pros:

Good location, nice view, good internet connection.

Cons:

The staff can be irritable and rude. Some of the staff are nice (especially the cleaning staff) but the lobby staff can be abrupt to downright rude which for this class of hotel is unacceptable. I feel they are actually doing their best but that they are badly managed and unsupported. The rooms are also tired; carpets are stained, fittings are scuffed, bathrooms are “well used”.

Contemporary and comfortable room for 3, although on the cramped side, offered fantastic views and proximity to Brodway

The room intended for 3 people was very cramped. The cooling didn’t work well.

Room was so small, I could hardly turn around it
Cramped, no room to even put my toilet bag by the basin as it was over-sized and squeezed into a small space. Impossible to use the shaver socket as the mirror was blocking it.
Who designed this place?!

Endless muzak in the entrance lobby and upper floor making it impossible to just sit quietly after a long journey. People were so irritated by it.

Location 'so so', and no.adequate sound insulation so sleep was difficult with traffic noise clearly audible all night.

Never again. Shall pay more for space and peace and quiet.

Perfect location for a short trip

The location was fantastic !! Really comfy bed !!

Great stay close to major transportation
Pros:

The reclining beds were a nice feature and the colorful lighting added a nice touch. I was able to request a mini fridge in my room.

Cons:

The bed was squeaky and not all the rooms are equipped with Smart TVs.

Chambre très bien optimisée, être a l étage 26 etait splendide, mon fils s est imaginé en spiderman avec cette vue magnifique sur les grattes ciel et la rivière

Lit super confortable et nous avons adoré les produits de toilettes. On adore l éclairage coloré possible
Beaucoup de Rangement c etait super
Emplacement à 15-20 minutes a pied max de pleins de lieux iconique (times square, madison, High line, edge...)

Cons:

Juste un peu de bruit des cables ascenseurs car nous étions à côté mais franchement cela ne nous a pas vraiment gênés par rapport à la chance d avoir cette vue
