Braucht dringend eine Renovation!
Pros:

Die Lage ist grossartig, die Gartenanlage ist sehr schön.
Das Personal ist sehr höflich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Die Zimmer und Bäder sind total veraltet. Auch die öffentlichen Räume und die Bar sind düster und das Mobiliar ist alt und stillos. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist nicht attraktiv.

Old property. Looks like it has not been renovated since the first opening.
Very unfriendly staff at the reception. Almost no service at the pool.

The hotel was perfectly adequate, but overall it did not meet our expectations. The room was comfortable and the location was convenient.

Cons:

One particular issue was a strong unpleasant odour on our floor throughout the stay, which noticeably affected our impression of the hotel.

service was way too average. interior was too old /tired. AC was weak and not capable to keep comfortable temperature. cleaning was notl well timed. quite disappointed for 5* hotel. Will not come back.

Pros:

A truly beautiful and romantic property with a magnificent park, lovely boat rides, and a wonderful atmosphere. We especially enjoyed the stunning surroundings and peaceful setting. The hotel offers two excellent restaurants, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. We had a wonderful experience and would be delighted to return.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the rooms feel quite dated and would benefit from renovation. The furniture, curtains, and overall interiors are showing their age. The room layout was also somewhat unusual and not particularly convenient.

The biggest disappointment was that the boat was out of service. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was to enjoy a sunny day on the lake and use the boat service. Instead, we had to take taxis both ways. What was even more disappointing was being told that this is a recurring issue and that the boat breaks down regularly.

Arriving with a Style 🤩
Pros:

I had my second stay for two nights and once more was fabulous. I became again an Upgrade in a wonderful room with garden view and for welcome gift a big bottle of rose wine and my favorite La Reserve chocolate ♥️ Everything was fantastic: the service, front office and housekeeping. This time my Highlight was my pick up from Genève with a a Beautiful Speed boat from the hotel 😍🙏🤩 Top 🔝 Thank you very much ♥️♥️♥️

LOVED everything about this location. We were served and relaxed the entire weekend on a nice couples trip away. I barely wanted to go into the city to explore!
