Great staff but too expensive and not worth it.
Pros:

The staff are really friendly and do a lot of effort to give you the best experience

Cons:

I had a really expensive suite but I could still hear every single person talking above me, and even the footsteps. Also the price is really ridiculously high for what you get, in other countries you will get something so much better for this price.

A comfortable hotel with attentive management that takes guest feedback seriously
Pros:

The room was comfortable, the hotel was quiet, and check-in was quick and efficient. The location was also convenient for our stay.

Cons:

During our stay, there was an issue that affected our overall impression of the hotel. However, the management responded promptly, took the matter seriously and assured me it would be investigated and resolved.
