В целом не плохой отель, расположение хорошее. В пешой доступности даже мечтать

Cons:

Завтраки, все 5 дней одно и то же, выбор не большой, не было сливочного масла, в номерах только вода и чай. Воду иногда не ставили, пришлось выпрашивать

Desi au fost unele minusuri a compensat cu pretul. Personalul nota 10

Nu mi-a placut ca parchetul era umflat, butonul de tras apa la wc ramanea blocat, furtunul de dus spart si apa tasnea din toate directiile, am ramas o zi si fara caldura dar s a rezolvat rapid. Dar desi sunt minusurile astea cumva a compensat cu pretul. Eu una zic ca merita, mai ales pt amplasament. Daca as reveni? Cu siguranta da!

إلى إدارة خدمة عملاء Booking.com،
تحية طيبة وبعد،
أودّ التقدّم بشكوى بخصوص إقامتي في فندق "سنابل" – منطقة سيركجي، إسطنبول، وذلك للحجز بتاريخ 27/03/2026 ولمدة 9 ليالٍ (غرفة لشخصين بالغين).
برقم حجز 5754791333 والرمز السري 8376,
عند وصولي في اليوم الأول بتاريخ (27/03/2026)، تفاجأت بالغرفه المخصصة لنا غير مناسبة إطلاقًا، للأسباب التالية:
▪️الغرفة صغيرة جدًا ولا تصلح لإقامة شخصين إطلاقًا، لصعوبة الحركة فيها ولا يمكننا فتح الأمتعة، مما يشكّل خطرًا على السلامة لصغرها وصعوبة الحركة
▪️السرير صغير وغير مناسب لشخصين.
▪️الحمام ومنطقة الاستحمام ضيقة للغاية وتشكل خطرًا مباشرًا على السلامة
▪️الدش مكسور ويسرّب المياه من كل الجوانب ولا يمكن تثبيته على الحائط وعرضه للسقوط ويسسب خطرا مباشرا.
ونظرا لكل هذا واكثر رجعت لخدمة العملاء بالفندق وبعد نقاش طويل وإلحاح، قاموا بتغيير الغرفة. إلا أن الغرفة البديلة كانت سيئة حيث تعاني من نفس العيوب المذكورة أعلاه، بالإضافة إلى:
▪️الازعاج الشديد (كأصوات المياه من الحامات الاخرى عند استخدامها من قبل النزلاء الاخرين ، اصوات فتح وقفل الأبواب، اصوات من الممرات، وغيرها )، مما يجعل الإقامة غير مريحة.
▪️بالاضافه الى عدم توفر صندوق أمانات داخل الغرفه .
ونظرا لهذه الاسباب المذكورة رجعت الى خدمة العملاء بالفندق وبعد المزيد من النقاشات و الإلحاح، تم وعدي في اليوم التالي بغرفة أفضل وكن طلب مني حينها دفع مبلغ إضافي قدره 200 دولار، وبعد التفاوض والالحاح تم تخفيضه إلى 100 دولار، وقد قمت بالدفع مضطرًا .
إلا أنه عند الانتقال إلى الغرفة الجديدة، كانت في حالة أسوأ، حيث:
▪️الغرفة غير نظيفة إطلاقًا، مليئة بالغبار والاوساخ والنظافة دون الحد المقبول.
▪️الفراش قديم جدا وبالي، وممزق ومليء ببقع كثيرة وواضحة.
وعند طلب التنظيف، قامت العاملة بترتيب السرير فقط دون تنظيف الفعلي، وبعد الإلحاح تم تغيير الوسائد التي يوجد فيها بقع واللحاف فقط، مع استمرار مشكلة عدم النظافة كما هي.
▪️الحمام ضيق جدًا وغير عملي للاستخدام وغير نظيف .

I was first very skeptical about this hotel, reading through a lot of reviews and I must say it is decent, it is good for short stays.

Breakfast was good, it had a lot of different varieties of food. Excellent location 👍🏼
The towels were changed everyday and the room is clean.

Cons:

If you appear later the food will be cold and the coffee runs out, juices are watery from the self serving machine. The spa sauna apparently wasn’t working even though they advertised that all guests have access to it.

Baerkfast was very bad. They don't have choice at old. No hot milk, juice, fresh bread. Perpar cap on the Baerkfast. I did have choice i book for five days. I was worst. No carten there right ut side come street to you face.

Pros:

Seamless & trouble-free check-in, quite neat and fully maintained, all basic and necessary amenities including kitchen ware were available. Bathrooms were super clean. It was as amazing and perfect as my home. A perfect value of money.

Cons:

Location is a bit far away from the central part of city. You have to run by the bus 31.
