Cons:

Woke up to the room leaking water from the roof while it was raining! Water was dropping from the ceiling onto the carpet! No elevator at the facility to go back and forth to rooms given upstairs!

Bed was excellent.
Appreciate call so my son could retrieve my cervical pillow.

Cons:

Floor sticky; when wet very slippery
Coffee machine didn't work
Paid for deep hot tub; plug didn't work so unable to use.
Paid for 2 adults, only 1 bath towel.
Staff kept leaving side door ajar; didn't feel safe especially after PD at the hotel outside blocking driveway while talking to several different people.
No Coffee at breakfast 1st morning there.

Overall, this was a very unpleasant stay.
Pros:

The breakfast is ok, even though the juice machine is down and without any fruit.

Cons:

The stay was very disappointing. The hotel is quite far from the highway, and the location was not clear enough when booking through Booking.com. The property is old and the carpet on the stairway is very dirty. The room itself was acceptable, but the bed comforter had visible stains, including what appeared to be blood.

The toilet in Room 210 was clogged and could not be flushed properly. In addition, the guests in the neighboring Room 208 were extremely noisy until after 3:00 a.m. We finally had to knock on their door around 3:30 a.m. to ask them to keep quiet. We got very little sleep that night.

Not good - won’t stay or recommend

Cons:

The smell, dirty, noisy , I saw a cockroach run across the bed , the lock on the door was broken & there was no second security lock for the door it was broken , the place smelled like pot , there were dogs barking in a room down the hall half the night , I didn’t sleep well as I was concerned about bugs& people.
I will not recommend or ever stay here again.

& there was ZERO QUALITY.
