Hotel Momento - Special Class

What a perfect hotel to spend 3 Nights in. Excellent service, staff have been so helpful and Professional. Rooms 100% hygenic comfortable and very clean. The breakfast every morning was freshly served. A great Buffet with such a wide choice of fresh food and delicious coffee! Extra service they paid atrenrion to all Details. My sons birthday in the evening was celebrated in the hotel Restaurant. You will not be disappointed. A very big Thankyou to Sedat, Sinan and Ahmet. Very professional staff who helped organise for me my sons birthday celebration from ordering ballons in the room to tshirts and Birthday Cake! The best team! Thankyou ONCE again for making Our trip with 7 people the best stay. Great hotel perfect location and the Most friendliest professionell staff

We had such a lovely stay at Momento! The location was perfect—just a short walk to all the beautiful sights of Istanbul. The staff were incredibly kind and always had a smile, which made us feel right at home. Our room was cozy and spotless, and the breakfast each morning was delicious (I still miss the variety!). Thank you to the whole team for making our trip extra special—we’ll definitely come back next time!

Everything was good

We spent three nights at Momento Hotel and were very pleased with our stay. The room was spotless and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable with fluffy pillows. Towels were changed daily and amenities restocked. The staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety. It's close to major sights. I’d definitely return and highly recommend this hotel.

In general the hotel is good because I’ve been there before. My only issue is the Wi-Fi kept on playing up and as a family man in a foreign country I don’t like that especially if I’ve paid for my time to be there.

We stayed there for one night and had a very pleasant experience. While situated in the Old City, it is a little away from the historical sites of Hagia Sophia etc.. However this is in a main shopping area. The standard rooms facing the street are quite large for a hotel in the Old City and the Breakfast was really good

The reception staff were smiling and welcoming. The rooms were well appointed, had a comfortable bed and fluffy pillows. Though the rooms were small it was okay as we had come to room only for sleeping at night. The breakfast spread was great and one could start the day on a great note. There were options to shop nearby. The tram line T1 was about a ten minute walk away, the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, Basilica Cistern were close by- 20 minutes walk or 3 stops on the tram line from Beyazit. Plenty of ATM counters nearby.

The staffs are very helpful, very knowledgeable of places to visit for first time visitor as my myself. Very affordable and the property is clean and is in a convenient location. The breakfast is great! They even hold my luggage I needed for Greece until I finished touring around Turkey. I highly recommend this place.

Excellent location, great free breakfast, very good value for money!

Located in very noisy, busy area and not having any parking spaces unless you pay 10 euros per night and not to mention you have to live the area with your car before 10am and not be able to get back your car to parking space before 9pm, located in restricted area due to lots of wholesale businesses around.room was located in non smokers floor but smells cigarettes all the time

Staff working at this hotel is very helpful. Lady cleaned our room every day and even changed the sheets during our 4 days stay. Breakfast was good. The only downturn is carpet so dirty :(

Everything was fine but the hotel is located in a busy whole sale market (noisy and crowded market)! You should choose this hotel if you are planning to buy a lot of things from Grand Bazar or Mahmood Basa market. The staff was friendly, I would like to thank Mr. Elvan for the warm welcome and the smiley face all day, My greetings also are extended to the all the staff.
My advice to Mr. Ugur( in the reception) : You are doing you job anyway, Do it with a smile my Brother.
Note ‼️ to those who likes to bring food with them or order food from outside the hotel by mobile apps or phone: The hotel policy (as they told me and insist on it) does not allow you to bring food with you or orders from any restaurant. They said we have a restaurant and toy should eat in it.
