Bom a estrutura do hotel é boa, localização também. O que me chamou a atenção foi a bagunça quanto ao staff. Tinha agendado um taxi para nos buscar no Buquebus, o mesmo não veio e só encaminharam um carro porque eu entrei em contato via whattsapp. Isso porque a pessoa que estaria responsável entrou em contato comigo tanto em português, inglês e espanhol informando que estavam tento problemas com UBERs e taxis (chegou ao nível de assédio - a pessoa entrou em contato via email, whatts app, acredito que não tenha ligado porque meu telefone não estava funcionando para ligações). Andamos de uber praticamente Buenos Aires inteira e não tivemos qualquer problema.
Agora um mês depois de ter retornado, uma pessoa de nome Matias me contacta em nome do Hotel me questionando que horário que o meu Buquebus chegaria hoje.
Dos dois um - ou são extremamente bagunçados com essa questão de comunicação com hóspedes ou houve vazamento de meus dados para terceiros ... Tendo em vista o ocorrido, não me sinto segura em indicar o hotel para outras pessoas.

El Gaucho
Pros:

Hermosa la habitación El Gaucho. Me sentí muy cómoda, dormí muy bien y el hotel tiene rico aroma. Además, la ventana es de doble vidrio y esto permite a las paisanas dormir como en el campo, sin bochinche. Todo fue bueno para mi y sería una grata sorpresa encontrar un paquete -pequeño- de yerba mate entre los saquitos de té. Muchas gracias ☺️ Espero volver pronto!
