Very disappointing experience
Pros:

Nice hotel design, good location, clean rooms

Cons:

We are extremely disappointed with the hotel’s administration. One day prior to arrival, we submitted a formal request to shorten our stay from six nights to five — a change that was clearly permitted under the booking conditions. The hotel refused, falsely claiming that Booking rules do not allow such modifications.

Upon arrival, the same refusal was repeated. No effort was made by the staff to resolve the issue or demonstrate even basic customer-oriented service. There was no compensation, no courtesy, and no gesture of goodwill of any kind.

Such indifference and misleading communication are completely unacceptable for a five-star hotel. This is the first time we have encountered service at such a low level and the first time we have felt compelled to leave a review like this. It is particularly disappointing that our experience in Buenos Aires was significantly undermined by this situation.

Kleines, sehr individuelles Boutiquehotel in toller Lage (im Viertel Palermo mit vielen Restaurants, Geschäften und Ausgehmöglichkeiten) mit hervorragendem Personal. Jedes der Zimmer ist einer Attraktion Argentiniens gewidmet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Als Tango-Aficionados übernachteten wir im Tanguera-Room zur Ehre von Carlos Gardel. Leckeres kleines Frühstück. Schöner Salon mit Weinbar. Kleine Terrasse. Sehr ruhig.

Beautiful hotel in great location
Pros:

The room was large and the common areas very nice, staff also very kind and helpful.

Cons:

It would be nice to have a different entry to hotel then ringing buzzer to have staff open door. Made it less convenient to come in and out, though we understood it may be for security reasons.

Also breakfast was pretty basic. Could have had more warm options.

Super location, very comfy bed!

Cons:

Quite noisy. You need ear plugs at night! Also, a bit frustrating to have to ask if you want eggs etc at breakfast. Staff can be tough to catch!!

The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to help with local recommendations or travel tips. Their hospitality really added to the overall experience.
