Gut gelegen und sehr sauber
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind klein aber fein. Gute Betten (Matratzen).
Sehr sauber und sehr nettes Personal.
Sehr nahe zur S-Bahn und zur Theresienwiese.

Sehr enttäuschender Aufenthalt – absolut nicht empfehlenswert

Ich habe noch nie eine so schlechte Übernachtung erlebt – vor allem nicht zu einem so hohen Preis. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist meiner Meinung nach überhaupt nicht gerechtfertigt.

Im Badezimmer gab es lediglich ein paar Handtücher. Zahnbürste, Zahnpasta, Zahnputzbecher oder andere grundlegende Dinge waren überhaupt nicht vorhanden. Auch einen Haartrockner gab es nicht. Der Kühlschrank hat ebenfalls nicht funktioniert.

Da es während unseres Aufenthalts sehr heiß war, haben wir nach einem Ventilator gefragt. Leider gab es auch keinen. Das Zimmer lag im Erdgeschoss direkt am Innenhof bzw. an einem frei zugänglichen Bereich. Dadurch konnte jeder von außen direkt ins Zimmer schauen. Wenn man das Fenster geschlossen hielt, war es extrem heiß und stickig, da es weder eine Klimaanlage noch einen Ventilator gab. Wenn man das Fenster öffnete, war es laut und gleichzeitig hatte man ein sehr unangenehmes und unsicheres Gefühl, weil praktisch jeder Zugang zum Fensterbereich hatte.

Beim Auschecken kam schließlich ein Mitarbeiter, der kein Deutsch sprach, und brachte uns zwei Gläser. Bis heute weiß ich nicht, was das sollte oder warum man uns diese erst beim Verlassen des Hotels gegeben hat.

Für diesen Preis habe ich deutlich mehr erwartet. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt eine große Enttäuschung.

Einmal und nie wieder. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert.

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Major Maintenance, Safety, and Cleanliness Issues
Pros:

Nothing notable to mention—the severe lack of hygiene, poor maintenance, and failing AC made for an uncomfortable stay.

Cons:

Dirty Facilities & Elevators: The elevator floors and common areas were visibly stained, scuffed, and unwashed.
​Broken Tiles & Safety Risks: Cracked, shattered floor tiles in the room with missing sharp pieces pose a real safety hazard for walking barefoot.
​Damaged Walls & Gaps: Open gaps and holes along wall seams, along with noticeable scuffs and scratches on the furniture and walls.
​Mouldy & Stained Shower: Discoloured, rusted, and mouldy sealant along the bottom edge of the shower screen and base.
​Poor Air Quality & Ineffective AC: The air vent cover was completely caked in thick dust and lint, preventing airflow. On a hot 36 degree day, the air conditioning barely functioned and failed to cool the room.
​Dust Everywhere: A heavy, thick layer of dust coated the lamp bases, tables, and surfaces throughout the room.
