Die Lage ist perfekt

Cons:

Die Duschen sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Duschwände sind kaputt und die Duschköpfe auch. In einem Zimmer gab es keine Badezimmertür.

You get what you pay for. Great location for a good price.
Pros:

Great location and great price for Munich.

Cons:

The staff is not in any way polite, but they do their job. I had a weird knocking noise in my room all night and because the staff was not friendly I was too scared to say anything. I just left the tv on to cover the noise and was fine but if you’re sensitive to noise it may be a problem.

Ok for a night. Not suitable for families or vacation
Pros:

The location is great.

Cons:

The bed was too uncomfortable and could not sleep.
There is also no elevator so I had to go up and down 4 floors every time I wanted something.

Pros:

The breakfast was sufficiently plentiful and tasty. The terrible rooms, however, were at least clean. The housekeeping staff definitely deserve a raise!

Cons:

The rooms looked nothing like the photos—not even close. They were in very poor condition. They were small, which could have been acceptable, but they were extremely worn down. It’s obvious that nothing has been renovated here for many years.

Upon arrival, we were not given the room we had booked, but instead placed in some heavily run-down rooms in the back wing. After complaining, we were moved to the main building, but even those rooms only vaguely resembled the photos. They must have been taken a very long time ago.

Insgesamt zufrieden, Preisleistungsverhältnis passt!
Pros:

Das Hotel und das Zimmer waren sauber und komfortabel (wenn es auch nicht besonders modern daherkommt), das Personal sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und unaufdringlich.

Auch die ruhige Lage, und dass es ein Shoppingcenter gegenüber gab, hat mir sehr gefallen.

Cons:

Ich hätte mir beim Frühstück die ein oder andere Brotsorte mehr gewünscht.
