A lot of noise guest horrible music in full volum
Pros:

They allow noise in the pool until 10 pm and that is terrible because the hotel allows horrendous music in full volume in the pool and bothers the guests and do not respect the complaints there are quieter hotels than this

I paid extra for ocean view. Our room was rather dirty, the sheets were clean. Huge dust balls on ceiling fan, but apparently it's cool to just paint over the mold in the ceiling?

Staff excellent, the restaurant was absolutely terrific and had some amazing dishes.

Not what I expected for near $200 night all in price, especially in the off season.

This hotel is rated as a 4⭐️ hotel, I would say it’s closer to 3. It was horrible but definitely wasn’t a 4 star. They say they have free WiFi but whenever I asked the staff for help on it because it never showed up on my phone or laptop they didn’t help. Also had to ask twice for help in my bathroom because the toilet was making constant noise and I would get locked out of it. The water in the shower was good but the pressure would randomly change to a lot of pressure to less while showering. The pool looked dirty. The beds are clean but very hard. I liked costa elegante much better.
The good things were that it is pretty close to Playa Bonita (playa Bonita resort is much closer though) and it does have free breakfast which had a good selection and changed daily. This is good if you don’t drive there because there’s no walkable restaurants near by without taking a taxi.
There was a young man who was helpful, the other staff was not.

I would not come back to this property until the ownership make more upgrades to their services & rooms. I booked 2 rooms, none of them had good internet (actually it was awful WiFi). One of the rooms had a smelly toilet. Pool was clean, whirlpool was not in working condition. Breakfast bar was great. The lady in charge was very friendly! The area was safe!

Hotel was maybe a 2 star hotel...definitely not a 4...they dont tell you that there is a bar attached to the hotel with love music every nite from 9pm to 2am to 3am...it was so loud, you can clearly hear the lyrics in your room. We were in room 236. Also, the "ocean view" is 3 blocks away...not worth the upgrade
