Pros:

Áreas muy descuidadas, los baños con arreglos a medias
No dejaron café, el servicio de habitacion fue espantoso , solo estiraron las sábanas, no dejaron toallas de piso y ni de cara.
El destino el mismo menú, no tenían mantenquilla, y las opciones solo una proteína

What kind of place is so far away from the restaurants that when it rains not even the staff will bring you room service. They should invest in golf carts. Also the food was horrendous, but then again Panamanians arent really known for their cuisine.will not visit again nor recommend it.

150€ la nuit : à ce prix, sans eau chaude !

Hôtel/resort en mode très calme, en ce mois de mai ! La première nuit, nous étions quasiment les seuls dans tout l'hôtel, si bien que le petit-déjeuner buffet le lendemain matin n'était même pas prêt, mais servi à la demande plutôt... Les suites sont spacieuses, avec deux chambres et leurs deux salles de bain privées. Le complexe est agréable, avec son grand bassin et sa piscine, même si ça a un petit côté "Disneyland" désuet... Dommage : pendant les deux jours, il n'y a jamais eu d'eau chaude (apparemment, c'est normal). Le petit-déjeuner dépanne mais sans être très qualitatif. Cela pourrait être très bien si ce n'était pas si cher : à 150€ la nuit, pour ne même pas avoir d'eau chaude, c'est assez médiocre.

Es un hotel muy bonito y bien ubicado. Servicio muy amable del personal. Les recomiendo instalar un cargador para autos eléctricos y así promocionar esa facilidad adicional para los huéspedes.
