Hotel doesn't have its full name on the entrances door because if that either drivers or local people where the hotel was

If you ever consider having Guest in the room don’t ever bother yourself because this property doesn’t allow Guest. I have a friend of mine who’s helping me to take my bags in my room but they wouldn’t let him do it, saying that the hotel doesn’t allow Guest, funny thing about it they never said it in the property listing when i brought it up the guy said we supposed to know that... Stay away from this property...

Location is good.
View from the buffet is nice.
Cheap.
Elevator is mostly busy, so don't count on it.
Entrance to the hotel is kind of hard to find, it's very narrow.
Wi-Fi is not stable and poor quality.
Shower drain was clogged, they kind of half-fixed it, it was tolerable.
The employee who was fixing it put his bare hands into the toilet, didn't even use gloves.
The light fixture in the room was visually damaged (yet functioning).
They don't let you bring a guest to your room, extort a bribe for it, claim it's a hotel rule.
No standard laundry service, you have to make a deal with a cleaning lady.

OK so the room view was nice and had a big window to see the streets and you can slightly see the ocean.

Breakfest had a variety of vegetables, yogart and eggs, potatoes, olives and 3 types of fruits.

The room carpet need to be cleaned as it was filthy and full of spots. We had bugs in the streets biting us. And the shower tub . Even when closed . Water was all over the floor. Service was very helpful with all the needs. However these above things where not solved .

Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, die Unterkunft lag sehr nah an der Innenstadt. Man konnte alles mit Bus und Bahn erreichen. Das Zimmer war okay, da wir es eh nur zum ausruhen, duschen und schlafen genutzt haben. Das Frühstück war auch gut, besser als in anderen größeren Hotels.

Hizmet çok kötüydü, resepsiyondakiler hiçbir bilgilendirme yapmadı ne kahvaltı saati ne çıkış saati ne de konularda. Wifi çekmeyen bir oda verdiler, çok çok kötüydü. Kendi aralarında konusmalar odamdan duyuluyordu gece yarısına kadar. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum

Ich würde dieses Hotel niemandem empfehlen. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr ungebildet und unfreundlich. Wir konnten nicht einchecken, weil sie unsere Reservierung angeblich nicht sehen konnten. Als ich ihm auf dem Smartphone meine Buchungsbestätigung zeigte, sagte er, dass es sich nicht um dasselbe Hotel handle und erwiderte die ganze Zeit, dass es Betrug ist, dass sie denjenigen finden und anklagen werden, der das Hotel auf die Seite von Hotels.com reingestellt hat. Ich kam mir wie im Film vor.
Ich rief daraufhin den türkischen Kundenservice von Hotels.com an. Diese rief die Rezeption an und klärte das Problem recht zügig. Nachdem wir wieder hoch zur Rezeption gegangen sind, hatte der Typ an der Rezeption die Bestätigung ausgedruckt vor sich liegen. Vor dem Telefonat mit Hotels.com meinte er , ich müsse die Bestattung ausgedruckt vorzeigen, es gehe nicht über das Handy. Ebenso hätte er keine E-Mail erhalten bezüglich meiner Reservierung und könnte diese sich nicht ausdrucken weil er keine Zugang zum Drucker hat, aber nach dem Telefonat hat es plötzlich geklappt. Ich fand den Typen ziemlich merkwürdig und ahnungslos.

Ich finds schade, dass solche Leute an der Rezeption arbeiten, die keine Ahnung haben, was sie da machen. Jedenfalls wird das Hotel von mir auf gar keinen Fall weiter empfohlen. Gibt viele andere schöne Hotels in der Nähe.

It's a very small hotel, rooms very small, elevator only for 2 persons, not clean at all, although the lady on the reception is very kind.

Not a place to stay, it’s dirty and molded the room that I stayed was 101 first floor, stuff are rude and flirting with my girlfriend, AC was bad without telling them the controls not working, I requested a double bed and the room was with three beds and it’s not enough to walking in, the shower was so dirty like it never been cleaned especially the wall.

Hotel is clean with reasonable price close to everything quite area the staff are helpful and friendly especially the chef in 8 floor nothing to complain about this hotel .definitely will come back again.
