Bon séjour dans l'ensemble, bon emplacement dans un quartier vivant mais au calme.
Cons:

Amélioration du petit-déjeuner par rapport au prix et la salle, minimaliste, mériterait d'être un peu plus décorée.
Nous avions une salle-de-bains pour handicapés immense mais qui ne disposait pas d'étagères pour poser les affaires de toilette.

Cons:

Douche qui fuit, récipients de savon et gel douche vides, et le personnel, sûrement pas digne d'un best western
L'équipe de nuit qui t'accueille pieds nus sur les canapés dédiés à la clientèle et qui ne bouge absolument pas
L'équipe de jour qui a du mal a décroché un bonjour et quand tu lui signales les dysfonctionnement de la chambre, s'en contrefout

La climatisation qui est un plus avec les fortes chaleurs du moment, la chambre est assez spacieuse et confortable avec la petite machine à café qui est appréciable.
Le petit déj est sympa avec du choix

Hotel op een perfecte locatie, midden in centrum Beaune. Ruime parkeerplaats beschikbaar bij het hotel. Kamers zijn mooi en modern afgewerkt.
