Zentrales, durchschnittliches Hotel - tipptopp
Pros:

Das Zimmer war ok, mit Kaffeemaschine, guten Handtüchern, sehr zentral gelegen, freundlichem Personal. Das Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Uns fehlte Ablagefläche und Kleiderhaken. Wir mussten unsere Sachen auf den Boden legen.

très bien pour un passage, équipements un peu juste pour un séjour un peu plus lonf

la situation géographique , l'espace d'arrivée, la propreté, le parking.

Cons:

il n'y a qu'une petite serviette de toilette par personne, insuffisant pour la douche.
la salle de bain est minuscule et le petit déjeuner ( les fruits, le frais) est un peu juste

Sehr Zentral, Sicherer Parkplatz aber eng.

Cons:

.der Frühstücksraum ist eine Zumutung. Das Hagen wir bei 3Sterne Hotels nicht erlebt. Tische nicht sauber. Zu viele Leute im Raum. Geschmacklos eingerichtet.
Das Rührei matschig in einer Schüssel.

De locatie.

Cons:

De communicatie was slecht vsnaf het begin.
Geen reactie, bevestiging op verzoek ontbijt en parkeren. Pas na 4 verzoeken, laatste via booking.com kwam er reactie!
Bij inchecken wist men nog steeds niet dat we gereserveerd hadden voor ontbijt?!

Uitchecken tot 11:00.... voor 10:00 kwam de poets al binnen. Daarna voor 10:30 zelf voor de tweede keer!
Le Masq was goed als Best Western.
Deze BW in Beaune was gewoonweg ruim onvoldoende, niet BWestern waardig.

Hoop dat deze review bij zal dragen aan flinke verbeteringen!

We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Our room was spacious and well-appointed, with thoughtful amenities such as a coffee machine with pods, a kettle with tea, a refrigerator, and an iron with ironing board. The location is excellent—just steps from the beach and an easy walk to both the train station and the town center. The Wi-Fi was strong and reliable, and we especially appreciated being able to store our luggage before check-in. Highly recommend.
