Hotel Stotsenberg

Very quiet area. The hotel was clean and simple. Didn't check out the casino.

Hotel staff friendly, but a breakfast buffet staff lady was very rude and seemed somewhat lazy. When requested a refill of drink item, lady seemed bothered. Because of poor behavior, we won’t return. Many other hotels in area.

Old and spooky

The good thing we liked about our stay is the convenience of the location. However, there were some cons about this hotel:
-the hotel was a bit old, and so were the amenities
-the receptionists were a bit clueless, asking one another on what to do next
-the service during breakfast was TERRIBLE. We had to wait for an hour and a half for 2 plates of food. And there were only 3 tables of people then, with 3 people each. 2 groups eventually left without waiting for their order

However, the place was clean, the parking lot was huge, and the staff were friendly and entertained my toddler while waiting for our food.

The staff on check in was a big disappointment. The breakfast the following morning was so late in delivery. The response to our efforts to follow up was unbelievable. We went to the front desk and was told, they are a different department. A different team.

Nice hotel with ammenities for the whole family like swimming pool, billiards, gym and basketball. Good location

The hotel is dated and in need of renovating. The pool was nice. The breakfast buffet was not free and the selection was very limited. Not recommended.

The staff wouldn't let us check in a measly 15 minutes prior to our scheduled check in time. When I asked why they said they were "preparing the room". Our room had bugs in it, there were no hand towels, the shower curtain had mold on it, and there was no shampoo, conditioner, soap etc. I'm not sure what they were "preparing" because the room was disgusting.

No coffee, shampoo and soap are almost empty in its container.

Toilet flush is broken, bathroom is stained. Towels are too old and stained too!

Stained bathroom floors, stained floor towels, towels are old. Damaged Bathroom flush.

Amenities are too far. Service request is not always available (housekeeping, plumbing).

Good hotel but run down. For the price, it was okay. The best aspect was the service. All staff members where very kind and helpful.

Nothing spectacular about the facilities, still needs to clean up more specially the bathroom and needs some update..
Staffs are very friendly and very courteous.

Hotel staff had amazing customer service. The lobby, pool, and gym were nice, but the rooms were lacking comfort. The room was very spacious, but it lacked comfort. The bed sheets were old and dirty. When we pulled the comforter down, there was a bug crawling on the bed. The water pressure of the shower was low. The toilet didn’t flush well. The drain to the winked kept clogging up. They only gave us two towels when they knew there’d be 3 of us. This hotel has a ton of potential, the rooms just need to be cleaned up better and updated a little more...

The hotel location is quite and the room is nice. Quick travel to the airport.

Bathroom was flithy and the hotel is in disrepair. What a pity considering the property is huge and it is located inside Clark Freeport Zone.

スタッフの皆さんがとても親切でした。
部屋も清潔でした。
屋外のプールには短いスライダーがあり、子供はかなりたのしんでいました。中庭も整備されていて夕方散歩を楽しみました。空港まで200ペソで送迎をしてくれたので、朝早いフライトでしたが、安心でした。

This hotel is too old and the pictures and information online aren't true,those pictures must take 20 years ago.

As per my sister, the place is quite, clean and very close to the place of the church and reception that she attended. She told me that she want to come back. The breakfast serve was good.
