Would not recommend
Pros:

One of the few hotels within walking distance of the sports stadiums. Staff was friendly.

Cons:

Rooms were ok, but certainly not kept up very well cob webs were all over. The bathroom shower looked as if it had been clean but not well. All of that could was “fine” and we did not complain as we were there to sleep and that was it. However after retuning from an event myself and other guests saw a dead cockroach in front of the elevator an employee saw us looking at it in disgust and he came over and said “man get that outta here” and kicked it to the side.. didn’t pick it up, didn’t even acknowledge our disgust by it. That on its own was enough for us to never recommend or stay at this hotel. I’ll also add the we look the stairs more than the elevators because they ran slow and were always backed up.. the stairs are creepy, not taken care of, and definitely confusing as the signage of which level or floor you were on was spray painted on the walls.

Pros:

Location was great, and within walking distance to the event stadium I was attending

Cons:

Price was much more than I was quoted for, the building is run down, the room wasn't cleaned well, and breakfast was not included in the price of the room, when booking.com said it was

We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again
Pros:

Property was clean comfortable and conveniently located. Good breakfast

Cons:

The light by the door was not bright enough . Couldn’t see our clothing in the closet or the coffee pods/machine because that area is pretty dark. Couldn’t open the closet door all the way because it hit the light fixture .

Will be staying here in the future!
Pros:

Very convenient, near the stadium and not too far from The Met, grocery stores, shopping etc., staff was super friendly and took care of the one issue that we did have. Will definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Philly as well as booking clients here that will be attending shows and games.

Modern hotel, great location and facilities.
Pros:

The rooms were great! Comfortable beds, clean and neat. We had dinner there which was lovely, staff was friendly, the place looks nice and modern. Was near the stadium so convenient to go to a concert we booked.

Cons:

Coffee machine didn’t work properly and was placed in a dark spot.
“Breakfast included” only meant two people and we were a family of 4 so had to pay extra.
There were no substances for cows milk at breakfast so not friendly for lactose intolerance or allergies.
