Requested rooms side by side. Was told my room types don't have side by side rooms so customer service called and changed my reservation to a room type that had a joining rooms. Get to the hotel and a half an hour after checking my room still aren't ready and then did not get rooms side by side after all of that. The check and clerk was rude and smirky.

Arrived on game day, couldn’t check in until after the game, queue was long, staff weren’t making any effort to hurry or get through bookings quicker, and no apology for the wait
I liked how close it was to the arena. The room was nice.
We got there about 45 mins after check in. We waited in a huge line to check in and she said our room wasnt ready. She gave us a free drink voucher and 2 hours later she said our room was ready. We were exhausted from the drive and just wanted to get settled. When we got up to our room, used the card to unlock the door and went to push it open and it opened about 3 inches and stopped. The security jam thing somehow flipped open when the door was closed from housekeeping. So we couldn't get in. Thankfully the housekeeping lady was 2 doors down and seen us trying to get in and she somehow got it unstuck with some string.
Convenient to Citizens State Park and downtown Philadelphia
Check in was delayed due to computer glitch but otherwise all else was great
I liked that the property was within walking distance to the Phillies stadium
When I entered the hospital a gross cockroach scurried into the sliding doors with me.
The elevators were not cleaned and there was food on the floor, the carpet in my room was very dirty and I had to keep my shoes on during my stay. I called the front desk to ask for my room cleaned because the bathroom floor was dirty and the shower had hair in it.
We’ve stayed here a few times now, and each time, staff are always friendly, rooms are clean, and they are spacious for the value. It’s walking distance to stadiums and local bars.
The bartender couldn’t keep up with the crowd on a Friday night. We waited quite a bit then decided to just go up to our room.
