The staff was mostly pleasant.

Cons:

The room and bathroom were both dirty. In the bathroom- there was literally hair (long and short) on the shower walls and floor. We did not shower there due to this. In the room the floor was dirty. Everything looked as if they emptied trash, made the bed, and called the room clean. The staff was nice but not very knowledgeable. They could not give me information on the menu in the restaurant. They told me to scan the QR code which only had hours- no menu. I understand that due to the World Cup it was a full house but the morning of check out (we only stayed one night) I received a text around 8am suggesting early check out due to the amount of people checking in. The received another text about 20 minutes later thanking us for our stay and saying we had been successfully checked out. We were still in bed and had not checked out at this point so we hurried and packed to leave thinking housekeeping would show up to clean our room. The whole experience was bad. The small lobby was consistently full of people standing elbow to elbow (even at 11:30pm when we got back from our show) The hotel itself is very reminiscent of a cheap apartment complex and is not in a safe area. We will not be staying here again. Holiday Inn should be embarrassed of this location.

The room was dirty and had a funny smell. The room was terrible. The faucet handle was broke in the bathroom
Tiles were cracked, bathroom door was busted and not repaired properly.
