It met expectations for a night's stay but no more.
Pros:

Positives - staff was pleasant, room was decent, great location for access to Citizens Park, the comfortable bed was the star of the show

Cons:

Detractors - room wasn't well cleaned, blackout curtains wouldn't fully close, not a safe room for a woman traveling solo (2 adjoining rooms)

The views on the. 12th floor were amazing
