Location
It was absolutely disgusting and dirty
Serious guest safety and security concerns at this hotel.
After a delayed flight, we arrived around 3:00 a.m. traveling with our young children. After requesting a different room, we were issued keys to a room on the 9th floor. The keys worked. We opened the door and discovered a family asleep inside.
We were absolutely mortified, but our biggest concern was the serious security failure this exposed. If the hotel could issue us functioning keys to an occupied room, what assurance did we have that someone else couldn’t be issued keys to our room while our family was sleeping?
When we reported it, we were told their system showed no one was in that room—which made the situation even more alarming. We felt the front office was dismissive and showed very little urgency regarding what should have been treated as a serious safety issue.
We were told the assistant manager would review security footage and contact us. Despite my husband following up multiple times by phone and in person, we never received a call, explanation, or update before checking out.
We had already budgeted for this hotel and made plans around our stay. After arriving at 3:00 a.m. following a delayed flight with young children, simply relocating our family to another hotel was not a realistic option. We felt stuck and spent the remainder of our stay questioning whether our own room was actually secure.
A room change and complimentary breakfast do not address the underlying security failure. Guests should be able to sleep knowing strangers cannot be issued working keys to their room. What happened was unacceptable, and the lack of urgency and management follow-up afterward was equally disappointing.
Nothing
Custer service is terrible
Staff
The coffee bar was not working
Early check in.
No early check in fee. If the room is ready, just let tourist check in.
Close to baseball stadium
Super nice hotel. Nice, big room with comfortable bed. Very close to the stadiums. Parking did kind of suck (not only paying for it, but the actual parking lot. The only spot we could find at 5:30 PM was at the very back at the lot). The man that checked us in was not the most welcoming. He seemed annoyed. We had prepaid for our room and parking, and also had done the pre check in which said was required (which I wrongly assumed this would make the actual check in faster as we were trying to get to the baseball game after arriving later than planned due to an accident on our way which held traffic up). In this pre check in I had to submit my id and put a card in for a security deposit, which put a hold on my card. But we got there and he needed my id again and then wanted a card to put a security deposit on, which we didn’t understand why since I already did that online in the pre check in and there was a hold showing. So now I had two separate security deposits on hold. Meanwhile all this was taking possibly the most time it’s ever taken for me to check into a hotel. Which again was super confusing since we had already checked in online.

The location close to my event
The room smelt of mildew and the plaster from the ceiling was falling by the window. Also they took $20 from my $100 deposit for “early check in” . But didn’t tell me about an early check in price of $20.
John at the front desk was very nice
The place is outdated dark and dirty with the latest check in and still didn’t have rooms ready, when I got my room it had coffee supplies no coffee pot, no tissues, no toilet paper, not properly cleaned
Close to Lincoln financial. Good area to walk
Location to stadium proximity.
Can't really say. They had a tornado hit and lost power. Was never able to check in. Stayed somewhere else
Pros:
-The hotel was pretty clean throughout my stay
- Close to highways
-Close to stadiums (5 minute Uber .. 30 minute walk)
-My room and the common areas were well maintained, especially considering the hotel was completely sold out.
-The staff members I interacted with were polite and professional. Although they were clearly overwhelmed, they did their best to help and found me a different room when my original room was not ready.
Cons
- The hotel appeared to be significantly understaffed.
- Check-in took longer than expected, and my room was still not ready at the 4:00 p.m. check-in time.
- For part of my stay, it seemed that only one elevator was working. In a completely booked hotel, this resulted in long waits and was a major inconvenience.
While I understand that being sold out puts extra strain on the hotel, additional staffing during peak occupancy and ensuring all elevators are operational would greatly improve the experience.
