1 hour check in wait. Room got switched from 2 queen's to 1 king. Very limited pantry options. Elevator wait time and ride up and down was terrible.

Horrible stay, the place is falling apart.

Cons:

Power was out as we arrived and could not reach the hotel. Tuesday the HOT water went out due to a plumbing problem and we had to find another hotel! This was unacceptable! We came to the ALL Star Game. We were there to have memorable family time! You ruined it. Please refund us for this disaster.

Cons:

No tenian la habitación lista a la hora del check in, cuando nos entregaron las llaves subimos al cuarto pero aun seguian alli el personal de limpieza. Debe ser mas rapido el proceso de check-in

Relativt stora rum och fräscht badrum. Ok frukost för amerikanskt hotell.

Cons:

Läget är praktiskt om man har bil (avgiftsfri parkering). 20 min gång till tunnelbana.
Dock omgivet av större vägar och allt annat än ”mysigt”.
