Too noisy
Pros:

Staff was noce and it was clean

Cons:

The walls are like paper and you can hear every word of the person in the next room. You can even hear every word of the person they are on the phone with. It is quite disconcerting. The windows are also not soundproof so you get alot of street noise too. Room is dated but clean

Comfortable apartment in a quiet area
Pros:

We had a large sunny warm flat with a balcony and beautiful view of the city and the mountain. Initially we had our doubts when choosing where to stay because the hotel is not located exactly in the downtown. However, it turned out that we made the right choice because the area is very quiet, which let us sleep tight. Besides, nearby is a great hypermarket, and the kitchen is fully equipped to cook what we liked. It's easy to walk to the city center, which we did. Also, it's easy to travel around the city by public transport. For example, a stop of 806 nearby let us get to Mondello quickly.

We liked everything here.

Stayed for 3 nights...could have stayed a month!
Pros:

Nothing but good things to say about this place if you are staying in Palermo! It's very clean, nice furniture, quiet, has parking, grocery stores and cafe's nearby and helpful staff (some italian helpful here). They have many size options and the pictures on their website are fair and accurate. We got the larger suite and it was quite spacious. It's about a 20-25 minute walk to Piazza Rugero Settimo where basically all the tourist activity fans out from. Would absolutely stay here again!

Pros:

Locating the property was easy. There was a great sushi spot within walking distance called Mill, I believe. Checkin went well. The apartment spelled of cigarettes and odor remover. Lots of space. Flat bed and pillows. Overall it provided what we needed.

Pros:

L’appartamento è molto spazioso. Ha una bellissima terrazza. La vista sul monte Pellegrino è stata molto apprezzata. L’entrata è molto comoda con i loro divani verdi. Le receptionist sono sempre state molto d’aiuto. Il parcheggio privato è stato un servizio fondamentale.

Top class apartments and suites in Palermo
Pros:

We booked a deluxe apartment and were upgraded to a penthouse suite, amazing with great views. Suite was great, bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Parking across feom from door in private garage at €12 per day, also great! Cusromer service was excellent too. We accidentally broke the suite key inside the lock and it was a sunday. Not sure how but customer service solved it for us while we were on a walk tour around Palermo. We were very impressed

Cons:

The location is just a bit out of the old town. We didnt want to drive around in Palermo so the hotel organised taxis or we called UBER cars and that solved the problem.

We enjoyed an excellent room, great hospitality from wonderful staff, and a comfortable clean well-equipped room. Unfortunately there's a lot of dog feces on sidewalks, so watch your step!
