Hotel Airport City

The room are not same as shown in the picture.

The room was filthy. Dust everywhere, stained sheets, and a bathroom that clearly hadn't been cleaned in ages. There was mold in the corners, and the smell was unbearable. I honestly considered leaving right then and there, but I had already paid (big mistake).

When I reported these issues to the front desk, I was met with blank stares and a shrug. No apology, no offer to change rooms—nothing. It’s as if the concept of hospitality doesn’t exist at this place.

I even asked them to change the room but they were not responding well.
I even heard from local people that review on their page are done by hotel management itself.

Its not anything like the photos provided. Rooms was filthy. Bed sheets wasn't changed, at least didn't looked like it. Bathroom wasn't cleaned, tv didn't work. Bad location. Bad security. Unprofessional staff. Bad food , they sent daal fry without bowls to eat on. Only good thing is it is near airport

I arrived late from abroad and had an advance booking in this hotel, it’s my fault for looking at the pictures and assuming it’s the same one, I got a good price for two nights so I had booked it. I was shocked beyond my imagination when I was taken to the room, it was a deluxe room I booked but it looked like a jhopper Patti room, believe it or not I checked in 3 different rooms until I was given a room that I could at least sleep, nothing good to write about that too. However the hotel staffs were helpful.
I suggested that all the photos be removed and changed to the current dirty and shabby rooms they got but I know they won’t do that.
**DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL** if you don’t believe me than check out for yourself.

Please clean bed sheets well.

Room has no window or ventilation

All the services were great. Accommodated all requests.

We stayed here as family of 4. We had an amazing time. The room was large and spacious with good view. Bathroom was also big with a tub and separate shower area. All toiletries were present. The staff was exceptionally polite and helpful. Kriti was specially helpful at front desk. Our kids had great complimentary gifts. Food was delicious.

I recently stayed at this hotel for the weekend getaway, and I can say that it exceeded all of my expectations, offering stunning location and 4 star service.
Check-in was a breeze, and the front desk staff thanks to Sophie she was incredibly friendly and accommodating. She provided us with a map of the resort and pointed out all the amenities and dining options available. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we slept like babies each night.
The on-site breakfast restaurants were fantastic. We had a delicious breakfast and then amazing hotel
Definitely would recommend this hotel for a friend and will visit back!

I've stayed in a lot of hotels in my lifetime and this was by far the nicest, cleanest and most welcoming of them all.
Check in was quick and easy. The lady on the counter was super friendly and even extended my check out time after I mentioned I wasn't leaving until late on my final day - free of charge.
I asked for a room on the highest floor available and got in tower A. The room was fantastic. Amazing views out to the and I could see for The room was clean, spacious and modern. Lots of bottles of water were available (and topped up everyday by housekeeping).
The hotel is in a nice central location is a really nice touch too.
All the staff I spoke to were so friendly and couldn't do enough to help me with questions or advice.
Great hotel, great experience. Would love to visit again one day!

This property is not located in good area, all buildings near by are hotel and most of them are used for different purpose. In day time, it looks like a normal place but come night scene will change. You can see girls every where even on street. Room was extremely dirty, we had to ask to replace linen and towels twice and it was still dirty.

We ended up just leaving the place and forget about all the money we paid. I didn't expect this horrible service from Hotels.com. Not sure if I can trust this website anymore

Advertised a lot of false promises.
No airport shuttle service, no wifi. Biggest disappointment was no running water, continued asking staff and they told us it would be on in 15-20 minutes.
A/C in room worked great. No bed bugs, sheet cleanliness was satisfactory I guess.

Very comfortable and warm room. Plenty of electric sockets to charge my devices and work with my laptop. Great TV and really excellent hot shower, so easy to use. Friendly staff and fantastic breakfasts. I love the Karelian pies. The hotel is very central within easy reach of shops, eating places and metro, trams, buses and the Central Station. I will certainly be back."

Dirty, not well maintained

Exceptional Hotel airport city property! I've stayed here on two different occasions and was equally impressed both times. Service team is exceptional!

Overall, hotel offers excellent restaurants, full gym (variety of free weights, machines & cardio equipment) and nicely appointed rooms. The breakfast and dinner buffet is outstanding with a wide array of food choices all wonderfully prepared and presented. Fresh salads and fruits were excellent! Executive lounge offered a great breakfast as well.

Will certainly stay here again when my travels take me back to New Delhi.

Additionally, the massage session with James was truly remarkable, possibly the best I've ever had, given his remarkable skill and attentive care. We would absolutely consider returning to this hotel in the future.

What a fantastic hotel. We booked this out of necessity after a local hotel just didn't meet our standards and wow did we get a treat! A service from the airport (Thank you Mohd Nasseem). Beautiful building and pool. Loved the steam room, sauna, gym, and their food (especially the buffet was delicious - the best Indian selection with great local chefs). Security was also great and if you just want a place to unwind after the noise in Delhi you won't find a better option. Rooms were spacious and we loved the huge bathtub.

was an excellent place to stay especially with family. Was safe and neat. The staff were friendly and cooperative and very supportive. All our needs were catered to immediately. The breakfast buffet especially was exceptional. All other amenities was also high quality. Especially a staff named jack who was inspiring and very pleasant. Overall an amazing place to stay at a good price.
