Forse qualcuno potrebbe criticare la dimensione della camera ma quanto bisogna starci dentro? e altri potrebbero dire che taluni punti mosaico di alcune piscine sono stati sistemati dozzinalmente; a tutti questi suggerisco di andare in una spa piena di crucchi e di lasciare a me questa.

Migliorerei l'arredo della camera e soprattutto del bagno, vasi molto datati ed usurati.
Il prezzo di 15 euro della colazione lo trovo alto.

Le piscine e la natura splendide la posizione splendida ma il resort da rivedere . Personale medico eccellente . Al ristorante sibilla e i ragazzi del bar gentilissimi come tutto lo staff ma non supportato dalla struttura e dall organizzazione

Extremely disappointing stay — definitely not worth the price.
We booked a Superior Sea View Room but found an old, shabby room that needs full renovation: worn-out bathroom, calcified shower, and overall neglect. The staff were unhelpful and mainly interested in getting paid. At check-out time they even entered the room to take our luggage, very rudely.

After leaving the room, before being allowed back into the thermal park, they demanded an extra €30 for a very poor breakfast — despite the funicular being out of order (under maintenance) and no one informing us beforehand. It took over half an hour to move between room and park because only one buggy was operating.

The lifeguards were also unfriendly, forcing hotel guests to stay in the shade while the best sunny spots were reserved for day visitors.
Terrible value for money — poor service, poor maintenance, poor attitude. Never again.

🇩🇪 Deutsche Bewertung (Kurzfassung)

Enttäuschender Aufenthalt – völlig überteuert.
Wir buchten ein Superior-Zimmer mit Meerblick, erhielten aber ein altes, abgewohntes Zimmer mit kaputten Armaturen und verkalkter Dusche. Das Personal war unhöflich und nur am Bezahlen interessiert; beim Check-out kamen sie sogar ins Zimmer, um unser Gepäck mitzunehmen.

Nach dem Auschecken verlangten sie weitere 30 € für ein sehr schlechtes Frühstück, bevor wir wieder ins Thermalbad durften – obwohl die Seilbahn wegen Wartung außer Betrieb war und wir darüber nicht informiert wurden. Der Transport mit dem einzigen verfügbaren Wagen dauerte über eine halbe Stunde.

Auch im Thermalbereich unfreundliche Bademeister und schlechte Organisation: Hotelgäste mussten im Schatten liegen, während Tagesgäste die sonnigen Plätze erhielten.
Schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis – miserabler Service, keine Empfehlung!

Slabé snídaně někdy málo čerstvé

Obwohl ca. 95 % der Liegen an den Pools nicht belegt waren, durfte man nur seine zugewiesene Liege benutzen. Man fühlte sich vom Personal ständig beobachtet und jeden Tag musste man sich mehrfach ausweisen, dass man auch nicht die falsche Liege benutzte.
Das Restaurant ist eine Katastrophe.
Teuer und ohne jeden Geschmack.
Klimaanlage war ohne jede Funktion.

The restaurant for breakfast, 15€ and we asked if we could have a fried egg, and the attitude was „ohh i dont know, thats extra, ill have to ask the chef“, we tried to sit inside because we was cold and was told no because it was already set up for lunch (9am…), the lack of anything to do in the evening, having to travel up and down with car or the train, ok it was free but when windy or wet, having to wait till they come with a lack of shelter isnt nice. The walls and floors in the room are thin, if you have loud neighbours like we did, good luck sleeping.

Na izbách nedostatočne vybavenie, plastové poháre žiaden bar, toaletné potreby jeden univerzálny šampón. Veľmi malo za veľa peňazí.

Would suggest that the snack bar could be more of a bar with more options available to drink.

Struttura che ha decisamente bisogno di una ristrutturazione. Arredamento e situazione camere "fatiscenti". Ci hanno spostato appena arrivati perché la prima stanza era un vero tugurio, umido e sporco e non prendeva né rete telefonica né wifi. Gravissimo per una camera standard di un 4 stelle. Meglio la stanza in cui ci hanno spostato, ma dovrebbero ristrutturare e investire perché la situazione è grave.
