Pros:

Très bonne localisation de l'hôtel, à 8min a pied de la rue principale et 20min du palais des pape. Nous avons tout fait à pied. Le personnel très accueillant et le parking très bien.
Le petit déjeuner buffet où tout le monde y trouvent son bonheur.

Cons:

J'avais réservé avec booking une chambre avec baignoire mais nous avons eu une douche. Seul bémol.

Prima verblijf.
Pros:

De locatie was tegenover de oude stadsmuur, dus dichtbij het centrum van Avignon.

Cons:

De airconditioning was ingewikkeld en er was geen gebruiksaanwijzing. Uiteindelijk kregen we het ding gelukkig wel in werking.

Falta de procedimentos e check list para os trabalhos no hotel.

A reposição de café solúvel, café expresso, chá , retirada de lixo e ar condicionado que não esfria o quarto apesar de registrado 17°C. Atendimento muito lento na recepção.
Uma das máquinas de café do refeitório do café da manhã ficou quebrada por 3 dias !!!!!
