Location was what I was looking for. Train access to hotel location, literally straight out of the station, and then walking distance from restaurants and shops.

Room were comfortable, there were inconsistent daily care. We had 2 double rooms some got refill of tea coffee light snack and some did not. I discovered the "sommeil" Kusmi tea at the hotel but some day it was not refilled.
Breakfast was good, what would have made it excellent would have been the variety in eggs. Scrambled eggs only. There was option to do a fried egg ourselves but 3 little pans on an electric mini stove, not efficient enough for the high demand.

La chambre était spacieuse
La clé de notre chambre ne marchait plus en rentrant après dîner, le petit déjeuner n’a pas été servi en chambre comme convenu (le personnel n’est jamais venu chercher la fiche comme il était pourtant indiqué), le ménage laissait à désirer (présence de miettes sur les étagères) et le minibar était entamé à notre arrivée. Nous avons été déçus de notre nuit à ce Novotel, cela ne correspond pas à nos attentes vu le prix de la nuit d’hôtel !
