Bonne situation et personnel serviable et compétant.

Cons:

Première nuit très perturbée par le mistral qui a occasionné des bruits de tôle raisonnant dans la chambre toute la nuit.Nuit blanche! Changement de chambre les nuits suivantes. Personnel réactif et agréable.
Alerte incendie en matinée, et surprise en arrivant en bas des escaliers de secours : porte bloquée par les travaux, qui avaient d’ailleurs probablement provoqué l’alerte. Angoissant de remonter pour trouver un autre itinéraire de sortie!

Pros:

Gute Lage direkt beim Hauptbahnhof.
Fußläufig braucht man 15 Minuten zum Papstpalast.
Guter Standard, aber nichts Besonderes. Frühstück reichhaltig. Sehr nettes Personal.
Aktuell wird die Lobby renoviert und man muss durch einen Hintereingang. Wurde aber gut gelöst.

idéalement situé mais pas à la hauteur de service d'un 4 étoiles Accor
Pros:

Petit-déjeuner extra, localisation idéale, restaurant le patio vraiment top (très bonne cuisine et service au top), bonne literie, bonne insonorisation malgré le tram sous les fenêtres, aucun bruit

Cons:

entrée provisoire actuelle pas agréable, absence de service technique le WE donc baignoire inutilisable (alors que c'était un critère de ma réservation) et aucun geste sur le tarif (sous prétexte qu'on pouvait nous changer de chambre, sauf qu'une une fois installés pour 2 nuits, on n'a pas envie de remballer et redéballer ses bagages...), téléphone HS donc il fallait se déplacer pour joindre la réception et le room service, absence de brosse WC (on a su après qu'il fallait la demander à la réception, sauf qu'on n'en découvre l'absence qu'une fois qu'on en a besoin...), chambre bcp trop chaude et n'avons pas réussi à régler la température (et pas envie de redescendre à nouveau à l'accueil demander de l'aide, surtout sans service technique)

We stayed here for on night (Saturday). Our executive room was a good size and spotless. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was ok and included gluten free cereal and bread. (If you’re celiac, please note that the bread was not individually wrapped; just naked slices on a plate and in the same section as the wheat breads so there might possibly be cross contamination). Location of the hotel is perfect - an easy walk to places of interest. Also, being on the main road and outside the walls of avignon, makes it easy if arriving by car. Parking is underneath the hotel which is a bonus. Train station a few minutes walk. We had cocktails, main meals and dessert at the hotel restaurant and everything was superb. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Would recommend.
