Einfach Klasse wie es sein soll
Pros:

Modern, sehr sauber, tolles Bett, gut klimatisiert, gute Lage, gleich an der Stadtmauer, kurzer Weg in die Innenstadt und zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Sehr freundliches Team.

Not living up to expectations
Pros:

EV in garage

Cons:

Kitchen was closed even though we specifically asked, no coffee cups in the room, room was clean enough but everything looked like it was done in a rush, no water in room, vending machine only works on coins

Perfekt!
Pros:

Alle Erwartungen wurden erfüllt. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und stets erreichbar, die Ausstattung zeitgemäss, der Pool passend und das Frühstücksbuffet auswahlreich. Auch die Lage beim Stadtzetrum ist perfekt.

Posizione ottima. Camera nella media dotata di ciò che serve. Personale gentile, parcheggio sotterraneo, biliardo, piscina. Letti comodi dotati di doppio cuscino.

Cons:

Purtroppo il ristorante "Il Patio" all interno dell hotel non ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative. Abbastanza caro e il piatto di salumi e formaggi molto deludente. Inoltre per colazione nessuna alternativa senza glutine priva di contaminazione ma solo del pane in mezzo a tutti gli altri prodotti...

J’ai apprécié La taille des chambres et Qualité de la literie , le calme de l’hôtel , l’espace piscine très agréable en fin de journée , le petit déjeuner très varié et qualitatif et le repas en chambre le soir c’était parfait.

Cons:

Période de travaux malheureusement sur les mêmes dates que mon séjour donc l’espace salon commun était « encombré » et nous n’avons pas pu en profiter pleinement.

Very close to train station which is why I booked it.

We got given a disabled room which was annoying. It was only one night. It is good for a transit hotel but I wouldn't stay here for tourism as it is outside the wall and not close to restaurants area

Très médiocre pour une valeur sûre de l’hôtellerie

L’emplacement et la personne qui nous a accueilli

Cons:

-Le bar qui ne répond pas au room service et lorsque l’on descend tout le monde est disponible.
-le mini bar dans la chambre où il n’y a meme pas une bouteille d’eau mais simplement une carafe vide et une fontaine dans le couloir, alors l’écologie oui évidement mais quand nous retirons du confort les prix ne peuvent pas rester aussi haut c’est vraiment aberrant.
-la douche qui ne maintient pas la température passe du chaud au froid toutes les deux secondes.
Nous avons fait des Novotel dans de nombreux endroits en France et à l’étranger et c’était de loin le plus vieillissant.
