Can't expect much from what u hv paid, gd place for a short stay.

Pros:

Hotel lujoso, con personal muy amable. Habitación muy amplia con vistas a la ciudad, bien situado. El desayuno es buffet libre y tiene mucha selección, pero sobre todo para orientales. Piscina con vistas. Lugar tranquilo.

Pros:

Le buffet du petit déjeuner est sympa et ouvert des 6h.
La salle de sport est bien équipée et la piscine est sympa.

Cons:

L'hôtel à connu des jours meilleurs. Nombreuses taches d'humidité, fuites d'eau au plafond.
Le restaurant de l'hôtel devait servir jusqu'à 18h mais le chef cuisinier n'a pas voulu nous servir à 17h45.

Cons:

The bed was very dirty with blood stains. I asked staff to come handle the issue and waited ages; staff only arrived after many calls. Their service is extremely slow.

Die Lobby

Ich war mit meiner Freundin in diesem Hotel.

Das Zimmer ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und braucht dringend eine Renovierung. Es war nicht sauber und roch unangenehm. Zusätzlich kamen Ameisen aus den Wänden.
Die Klimaanlage war sehr schwach, obwohl zwei verbaut sind.

Die Qualität des Frühstücks war okay, aber bei weitem nicht gut.

Das schlimmste war allerdings der hausinterne spa Service.
Normalerweise würde man davon ausgehen, dass ein Hotel auch einen extra spa Bereich hat, den man besuchen kann.
Hier gibt es nur Zimmerbesuche.
Massage gebucht, die Frau kommt auf Zimmer und fängt an zu massieren.
Meine Freundin verlässt das Zimmer um einen Termin wahrzunehmen und kaum ist sie aus dem Zimmer wird mir eine „Spezial Massage“ angeboten. Ich habe abgelehnt und keinen Aufstand gemacht um die Situation nicht zu eskalieren.

Das ist eine solch unglaubliche Frechheit mir und meiner Partnerin gegenüber. Ich fühlte mich seitdem äußerst unwohl.
Als ich meiner Partnerin davon erzählte war für uns beide der Aufenthalt danach in diesem Hotel sehr unangenehm.

Wir werden dieses Hotel niemals wieder betreten.
Dies war die schlechteste und respektloseste Hotelerfahrung meines Lebens.

Sie sollten sich schämen solche Leute in ihrem spa Personal zu beschäftigen.
