Staff ramah, Kamarnya nyaman, kasur gede, air panas normal, sarapan macam2 dan rasanya lumayan. Kedap suara dari luar dan ada balkon kecil lihat pemandangan.

Cons:

Cek in jam 2, tapi disuruh nunggu 30 menit kamar belum ready. Set 3 sore baru masuk kamar tapi kamar keadaan kotor ada bekas nasi & eyeliner dan jarum pentul. Kamar mandi kotor berlumut lantainya bikin licin. Karena memang hotel agak tua ya jadi banyak kayu2 yang keropos terutama di pintu kamar.

De sportschool was echt top en de kamers zijn ruim. Zwembad was ook goed. Personeel in het restaurant was super vriendelijk, brachten ons uit het niets eten en lieten zelfs de bezienswaardigheden van Jakarta zien. Ontbijt was ook prima en redelijk gevarieerd.

Cons:

Bij binnenkomst ging het al mis, we stonden te wachten voor de check-in maar er was niemand. Toen er iemand aan kwam lopen, kwam er ook een andere vrouw naast ons staan. Personeel liep ons straal voorbij en wilde haar eerst helpen. Hier hebben we wel wat van gezegd want beiden interesseerde het niet zoveel. Vervolgens kregen we een vieze kamer met de (schaam)haren nog in het bad, natte vloer en poepresten in de wc. De vloer kwam half los en onderhoud was al lang niet uitgevoerd, het rook er muf. Hier hebben we een melding van gemaakt en toen werd gelukkig wel gelijk een andere kamer voor ons geregeld. Deze was veel beter maar ook hier achterstallig onderhoud en het beddengoed rook muf naar de kelder van mijn overgrootmoeder(overleden). Grootste ergenis was de lift waar je een pasje voor nodig hebt, we hadden er alleen 1 voor de kamer waardoor je dus heel de lift niet kunt bedienen. Je moet elke keer naar de lobby zodat iemand van het personeel je naar een andere etage zoals de sportschool of het zwembad kan laten gaan. In de huidige staat is het hotel zijn vier sterren en bedrag per nacht niet waard.

كان هناك مدير المكان اعتقد اسمة ريو
كنت في وعكة صحية شديدة
قام بتوكيل سائق خاص من طاقم الفندق وتوصيلي الى المستشفى وظل مرافق معي حتى انتهيت من اجرائات الطوارى
كانت مايقارب 4 ساعات ثم العودة الى الفندق رغم تعبي الشديد الى انه احظر الفطار الى غرفتي وقام بالاطمئنان علي والتاكد من صحتي شكرا جزيلا ( ريو )
اشكر طاقم الفندق على حسن استقبالهم خاصة مشرفين مدخل البوابة حيث انهم يتاكدون من سعر المشوار قبل ان اصعد الى التاكسي وحريصين ان لا يتم خداعي

Personeel in het restaurant bij ontbijt waren heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk

Zwembad, behalve een aantal keren moeten bellen voor handdoek

Kamer bij het douchen was de handdouche niet optimaal, moest met de hand steeds vasthouden.

Paar keer monteur langs geweest voor airco, was lauw

Avoid this place.
Pros:

This hotel was the worst in Indonesia, when we got there we were a bit early for check in so my husband went for Friday prayers I was left sitting there for an hour and thirty mins I wasn’t even offered a drink or anything, the room was not what we expected no WiFi smelt of cigarettes was dirty, and it was noisy reception was busy as people live there as it’s also a residence, location was not good at all I would not recommend this hotel at all.
