Pros:

Hospitality of the staff (security, reception desk, cleaning, restaurant etc.), everyone's very helpful and not intrusive.
Quiet and spacious rooms and bathroom.
The convenience of having a small grocery shop and laundry in the basement of the building.
Hotel is close to many useful/tourist locations (Petak enam, shopping malls, Kota tua, Monas etc).

Cons:

The pool and room furniture could do with a renovation/deeper cleaning. Mostly dark interiors (there are lgihts, its just the general design of the hotel that is in dark/wooden colours).
Regardless, the hospitality of the staff and general benefits (especially if you get a discount price) make it worthwhile to stay here.

Het smerigste hotel waar ik ooit gezeten heb. Overal beestjes, vlekken in de lakens en een airco vol schimmel. Kamer 3207 was echt een soort ‘hel of hotel’. Met een ondefinieerbaar bruin ‘iets’ in de hoek van de kamer. Overal schimmel in de badkamer en de kamer waar we sliepen. Wilde er niet douchen en zou dit hotel iedereen afraden.

Good for a short family transit stay, but overpriced for the overall quality.
Pros:

The one thing I genuinely liked about this hotel was the availability of rooms with two queen-size beds, which can comfortably accommodate four people or a small family with two children. This was actually the main reason I booked the hotel. We used it as a two-night “transit stay” after a long flight from Europe before continuing our journey to East Java by train, and the room configuration worked very well for my family. For families looking for a practical short stay with enough sleeping space, this is definitely one of the hotel’s stronger points.

Cons:

1. Stepping into the room feels a bit like being transported back to 2015. The interior and furnishings look noticeably dated, and the room would definitely benefit from a proper renovation.

2. The air conditioning did not work properly. I lowered the temperature several times, but it made almost no difference, and the room remained uncomfortably warm, especially during the day. I reported the issue to reception, but unfortunately no one came to check or fix it.

3. The breakfast selection was quite limited, and the overall quality was disappointing. The chicken was dry, the salad looked tired and unappealing, and some of the food was barely enjoyable. Considering the condition of the room and the breakfast quality, the hotel felt overpriced.

4. The location is not particularly convenient, as the hotel is situated on a small road and away from the more attractive or central areas. However, if you have business or other activities nearby, the location could still be practical.

Scary high-rise building but a great place to stay
Pros:

Its a nice place near to the airport toll road so you can fly out and fly in easily and get to the airport in less time

Cons:

I had a small issue with the access card, as it didn’t work when I tried to use it, so I had to come all the way down from the 30th floor to get it changed. However, the staff handled the situation really well. They genuinely apologised for the inconvenience and, as a gesture of goodwill, upgraded my room to a suite completely free of charge. I really appreciated that—it was a very thoughtful gesture and definitely made up for the inconvenience.

Overall, everything was very good, and I had a great experience staying here.

One thing I would recommend, though, is to sort out the parking arrangements beforehand. Otherwise, you may have to wait for your turn at the parking gate machine each time you enter or exit, which can be a little inconvenient.

Cons:

Areas inside the hotel require some attention: parts of the walls etc are run down and our bathroom was quite old and run down and attracted some ants- it was our first night in Indonesia so perhaps I am judging too much to western hotel standards though.

We didn't have time for the swimming pool but I'm sure that was lovely.

ارتفاع المبنى و الغرفه رحبه و تقديم المساعده الفوريه عند طلب الروم سيرفس و عمل اب قريد للغرفة بسبب عطل في التكيف و الاستقبال وموظف الاستقبال جيد

الفندق قديم و التكيف سيئ حيث اني عندما وصلت قمت بتغير الغرفه بسبب عطل في التكيف و الاستقبال يقوم بإغلاق التكيف في اللوبي أثناء الفتره المسائيه لتوفير الطاقه و الإفطار يعتبر اقل من العادي بالنسبه للأشخاص من دول الخليج

Ingenting, totalt värdelöst

Cons:

Frukosten var katastrofal, rummet var ej städat, smutsiga lakan och dörrlås trasigt. Såg ut som någon försökt bryta sig in. Duschen och toan var ofräscha och det hängde kryp i taket.

Boendet ligger långt utanför centrum och i slummen så riktigt obehagligt område

Hissen fungerade otroligt dåligt och man bor på 27:e till 33:e våningen
