Near so many malls and towers and on main highway
Washroom no hand shower no soap how to clear commode after finish specially not good for muslim. Room always smelli when you enter smell like some very old storage container you enter simple tv
For family of 6, the space and cooking facilities does help a lot.
While it's an old facility, it's a decent condition for what you pay. Rest after a long day exploring Jakarta. If you want top luxury new facility get ready to pay more. So Grand Tropic is just nice. Maybe they need to do bits of touch up here and there. BTW bring back the old breakfast glory between year 2010 to 2018. This time the breakfast is not what we want, so we opt out.

Very disappointing for a 4-star hotel.
The room conditions were far below the expected standard—cleanliness was poor, the floor felt slippery, and most disturbingly, several cockroaches were found in the room. This is certainly unacceptable, especially for a hotel of this class.
The breakfast experience also did not help improve the overall impression. The food was mediocre at best, and the menu selection was very limited, not reflecting the quality expected of a 4-star hotel.
Overall, this experience did not match the expectations or the price paid. Management should conduct a serious evaluation, particularly regarding cleanliness and service quality

Location is good. Facilities is great. Food at the restaurant not to my taste. Issued only 1 card even if you come with family. Quite inconvenience. Other that that, all is good.
If you like to shop, great location between ciputra and central park malls. The apartments are cleaned regularly but furniture and interior/bathrooms was dated and a little dirty. Bedding and pillows great, cleaned daily. Great view of city. Wifi connectivity very poor, which the kids didn't like! Also, only one key for apartment for 5 people. Lots of pros and cons.
The pool is awsome. It has gym facility and sauna.
The 3 bedroom unit and 2 bedroom unit is spacious. We can spend time to eat and play together without feeling cramped.
The location is close to several mall and there are plenty food hawker just steps away.
Our 2 bedroom unit had leak from the AC, the building team is very helpful, fix it immediately.
Our 3 bedroom unit is AC is not working properly, and finally they fixed it after several calls.
The bathtub is great, the elders use it to the maximum to relaxing their fatique body with hot water bath.
They also provide good liquid soap and shampoo in dispenser.
They even clean the room without us asking for it.
There is a minimarket at ground floor makes us convenient to buy snacks and drinking water.
We spend 2 nights here. Overall everyone is happy during our stay.
You must ask the housekeeping to clean the room when you have just checked in.
The refrigerator needs some cleaning.
No microwave.
The changing room is difficult to locate, poorly maintained, and inadequately lit. As a result, many guests opt to return to their rooms without changing out of their wet swimwear, past the lobby.
Pool is very dark at night. No pool lamp at all.
Some of the pool lamps are falling apart from its position.
The bathroom floor is very slippery and no bath curtain for bathtub.
The handheld shower is leaked so water splashed everywhere when we use it.
However, we look forward to seeing the improvement during our next stay.

i had to go get some cash at the ATM because the only card terminal was not working. it was nearly impossible to adjust the hot/cold water. Only one small container of soap. The safe box was not working. tje bathtub was in a poor condition
It was close to malls
The place was falling apart. Smelt like my grandmas house. Had no stove in the kitchen for some reason? Clearly a failing business.
