Beautiful property and beautiful room and surroundings

Cons:

Booking.com website states the restaurant was open when in fact it wasn’t. Very few alternative dining options close by so settled for what we could have delivered to room by hotel. Only 2 options - both expensive for what we had.

La posizione ed in generale la struttura molto piacevoli.

Cons:

La cena è stata imbarazzante. Mia moglie ha chiesto, per allergia, di poter mangiare il pesce con un diverso condimento (no noci); è arrivato un pezzettino di pesce in bianco ad un costo di 45 euro. Effettuate le ovvie rimostranze, abbiamo ordinato un piatto di formaggi che e’ arrivato 65 minuti dopo. Penso che lo chef non abbia gradito ….
La zona piscina, non presidiata e lasciata un po’ andare. Non servizio aperitivi (bisognava andare a prenderli nella struttura principale).
Internet non funzionante.
Aria condizionata nella stanza funzionante a tratti.

La stanza era su due livelli con scala in legno per accedere alla zona notte piuttosto piccola e poco agevole (io avevo scelto un’altro tipo di sistemazione) … la cena del veglione di capodanno prenotata nel ristorante gourmet dell’hotel è stata gestita male, il personale insufficiente, per gestire la presenza di circa 50 coperti solo un cameriere ed il maitre … cena di 8 portate durata oltre 5 ore … con la prima portata servita dopo oltre un ora dall’arrivo al ristorante…
