we have a very comfortable stay, the staff was very friendly and helpful. they guided us about the trails, they gave us walking sticks which saved us big time :) they had courtesy tea service at 17:00 which we appreciated a lot after our long walk. the room was clean and warm. the bed was very comfortable. it was very close to the bus terminal (5mins on foot), close to several restaurants and two supermarkets. i d definitely recommend this place, we enjoyed our stay a lot.

A localização é boa, próximo a principal avenida da cidade. Tivemos um problema com um colchão que estava ruim e prontamente a equipe nos mudou para um quarto com colchão novo (acredito que estão trocando os colchões antigos por novos) A calefação do hotel é muito boa e a água bem quentinha. As funcionárias são ótimas, suiper simpáticas e dispostas a ajudar com o roteiro de trilhas e na ajuda a fiscalizar as previsões do clima. Ajudaram muito. O café da manhã é muito bom, tem salada de frutas (o que pra mim é essencial), pães muito bons e você pode pedir ovos. Recomendo muito o hotel. Além disso eles oferecem a opção de fazer sanduíches e lanches mais reforçados para as trilhas longas, o que ajuda mto na logística

A quaint boutique hotel with lovely friendly and very helpful staff. Shout out to Lucia who had a great cheerful personality and was very helpful. She even showed us the ritual of ‘mate’.
