The staff were delightful - professional, polite and so very friendly. Great value for money, room very comfortable - and the most comfortable bed ever!! Very impressive with a very wide selection food.

Gostei da vista para o rio e da tranquilidade, staff muito reduzido para a quantidade de clientes.

Vista para o rio. Proximidade com a cidade de Portimão.

Cons:

Um só funcionário em cada posto, claramente escasso. Várias pessoas a esperar na receção, na zona do spa. Na receção em cerca de 2 dias realizei 15 chamadas e atenderam uma vez.
è clara a falta de funcionário para a quantidade de clientes neste fim de semana. Ponderei reclamar.

Muito bom
Pros:

O quarto tem um tamanho bom, a cama é confortável e tem uma boa casa de banho.
Tem um pequeno frigorífico no quarto, bem como ar condicionado e uma boa televisão.
Fui em regime de meia pensão e fiz uma excelente operação, visto ter um restaurante no hotel e a comida muito boa.
O pequeno-almoço tem diversidade. Aproveitamos para relaxar no SPA e fazer uns exercícios no ginásio.
A vista do hotel é muito boa virada para o rio.

Комфортен апартамент с кухненска част и тераса.

Cons:

Основният недостатък е, че хотелът е ситуиран извън урбанизираната част и няма нищо около него.
Беше много студено в стаите и нямаше осигурени чехли.
