Cons:

O facto da piscina interior estar encerrada após as 17h para crianças trás transtorno para famílias com crianças, mais quando a partir das 17 horas o tempo estava frio e com vento.
No restaurante a ementa era fraca e pouco criativa, estando constantemente a acabar, obrigando a espera para reposição

Magnífico, ubicacion especial.
Pros:

Tiene una ubicación excepcional, la habitación con vistas a la ría maravillosa y merece mucho la pena. El trato del personal y los servicios (por ejemplo desayuno y el spa) de calidad.

Cons:

Uno de los días limpiaron la habitación muy tarde (a las 17 h). Solicitamos un cambio de dispensador de champú que no funcionaba y no lo hicieron. No había estropajo, bayeta ni trapo en la cocina para poder recoger.

Highly recommended, well worth the money
Pros:

Location, views across the river. The staff are always cordial and ready to help and extremely polite. The outdoor pool is incredible with the infinity effect.

the breakfast is incredible

Cons:

Indoor spa is good only let down by the jacuzzi which needs to be repaired or replaced.

Dinner could perhaps have a bit more variety.

A great stay.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel. Clean with in general fantastic staff particularly Allan on reception and the young man on when we left (something like Benedito?) Get the best room you can it's totally worth it. Stunning views comfortable beds. Will be returning. Food at breakfast was nice. I can recommend if you want a relaxing stay in a quiet hotel.

Cons:

I had an issue at breakfast however I understand Benedito was going to sort that so not worth mentioning. It is a bit of a walk to Ferragudo but that makes it super peaceful. There are small shops nearby and only 15 mins walk to major supermarkets.

Adoro o restaurante e os funcionários.
Jantar e pequeno almoço top.

Cons:

Não gostei da falta de controlo sobre a quantidade de pessoas do mesmo grupo no spa.
A piscina cheia, jacuzzi quase 10 pessoas, sauna igual.
Tive de ir embora sem puder usufruir do spa.
