The pool facility was clean.

Cons:

Customer service was lacking. There was no warmth or inviting feel of the hotel. Menus were only available in French. Staff did not offer any supporting or friendliness. We are English speaking Canadians and believe that played a factor.

Not having to climb stairs. You can park at the second level.

Air conditioning did not work. We could not change the temperature. The bathroom sink would not drain.

Parfait pour une escale en famille
Pros:

Chambres spacieuses et confortables. Tout est rénové et bien équipé. Les enfants (et les grands) ont pu profiter de la piscine chauffée et du spa, nous avons aussi aimé la vue, l’accès à la plage et le baby-foot. Le souper au Mirador était très bon, mais dispendieux.

Cons:

Malgré la qualité des rénovations, l’insonorisation n’était pas parfaite dans le bâtiment où nous avons dormi et nous entendions le monde marcher à l’étage au dessus.
