建物自体の広さが抑えめのため、エレベーターから部屋へのアクセスがしやすいです。

Cons:

Room space defies Japanese standards
Pros:

The room space was a good standard western sized room unlike the usual Japanese shoe box sized rooms everywhere in Japan. We had a breathing space for once, on this trip. Room was clean, had a good sized bathroom, location was 3 mins walk up to the station where you can buy your day bus tickets to Kawaguchiko, and places to dine surrounds this hotel. Highly recommend this hotel which offers breakfast too.

Cons:

One low point is the room temperature which you can’t seem to adjust and was permanently on 25 degrees celsius which can be too warm even in spring.

comfortable stay, Mishima area was fantastic to visit.

受験で利用しましたが、夜中に酔っぱらいが騒いでいるせいで睡眠を邪魔された。飲食街至近なので仕方ないのでしょうが、事前にそこまでは分からなかったので⋯。

快適でした。
Pros:

開業20年を迎えるとのことでしたが、館内は変わらずきちんとして、落ち着きある基調で綺麗でした。
ダブルルームに大柄の夫と2人で泊まりましたが、思いの外、広く感じました。
宅急便をフロントで委託しましたが、送られてきた箱は封が綺麗に強化されてて、心遣いを感じました。

Cons:

バスルームが曇りガラスで区切られているのですが、ロールカーテンもついていたので、気になる方はカーテンを引くと良いと思いますが、ちょっと気になる部分ではあります。
