Overall, my stay was quite good; there are just a few minor things that could be improved.
Pros:

I like the location, very close to the mall. The room was good, but the view wasn't great.

Cons:

The room wasn't cleaned every day. The staff were not very friendly and didn't explain the hotel facilities—such as the coffee-making area or the option to store food in the refrigerator on the 7th floor.

Great, comfortable and memorable.
Pros:

For accessing Sentosa it was great, harbourfront mrt was at walking distance, vivocity mall was at walking distance. The rooms were great, small but comfortable and really peaceful. The staff at reception was great. The wending machines were really useful and accessible. The machines were checked and loaded everyday so it was super good.

Cons:

The cleaning for the rooms was not worth it. The cleaners were rude too and cleaning should be done everyday instead of twice. Cleaners stay only till 5 pm and they hope to miss out rooms. I wish cleaning happened more frequently.

The stay was comfortable, memorable and would love to come back!
Pros:

We loved the location, the friendly and helpful staff, and how our room was kept clean whenever housekeeping came. We stayed for almost a week and had a wonderful experience!

Great location, facilities a bit exaggerated as being better than they were.
Pros:

Location - easy to Vivo and Sentosa and Universal Studios

Cons:

Bed was hard as a rock and hard to get on and off bed first it’s very high off ground so you need a step stool the. One side is against the wall, so have to try and get out the bottom if you have a partner.
Breakfast very basic and same thing every day with garlic on the hot dog style sausage and the cabbage /carrot in the scrambled egg, no juice and very water down coffee.

Pros:

Great location, affordable and good for a short stay. The staff were always friendly and great setup for Grab/taxis to drop off and pick up out the front. Rooms were cleaned when requested and the laundry room was very useful.

Cons:

Our fridge in our room didn't actually work or cool, and our shower head leaked a lot of water so had to use the rain shower only. Also wasn't super keen on the door sliding between the toilet and the shower, so you couldn't close both off at once. In the other room the shower was open in the bathroom and the whole floor got saturated every time you showered.

Ziemlich laut zur Hauptstraße hin. Das Frühstück ist gelinde gesagt übersichtlich, da sollte man nicht so viel erwarten.
