Staff very helpful, great service

Cons:

Roomd very small. Had to upgrade to family room just to have enough room to put out bags in the room, which impacted total cost paid.
Breakfast served in lobby. Limited european choices
Seems like it's used more for workers, so whole vibe is wrong. For example, bar at top hardly used, so didn't feel fun to be in, and now they only serve beer and sift drink, despite posters for cool cocktails
Lifts frequently out of action.
Staff did best but really needs a major upgrade veggie being a serious tourist option.
Good choice for location but not to relax.

Goede keuze voor Universal bezoek!
Pros:

Op loofafstand van het winkelcentrum met veel eetgelegenheden en goede verbinding naar Universal Studios. Comfortabel bed.

Cons:

Voor 2 personen + 2 ruimbagage was de standaard kamer eigenlijk wel te klein. Daarnaast waren de prijzen op de rooftop hoog, als het hotel verblijvende gasten een korting zou geven zouden er misschien meer mensen zitten.

You get what you pay for
Pros:

The location was great, across Vivo City with shops and restaurants. Short walk to MRT and Sentosa Express.

The room close to the pool was good and to the back of the complex - less traffic noise.

Cons:

The room was very small. The bathroom was segmented with one sliding door for either shower or toilet cube, the basin was opposite. It was hard to find space for 2 large suitcases.

The bed was ok but no choice of pillow height.

Forget about western Breakfast. It's catered for Asians. No juice but you can buy OJ from machine. Brewed coffee and tea and if you are lucky some powdered milk.
White toast with butter or kaya, Apple slices.
Scrambled eggs with cabbage, noodle mix, rice mix +

But for the price I paid it was value for Singapore.

Excellent holiday, plenty of places to eat close by. My daughter loved the pool. Really enjoyed our time here.
