Convenient but a bit far from the centre or touristic areas.
Pros:

Clean, comfortable and convenient becasue it is opposite to a lovely and big shopping centre with a great food court, restaurants, shops, public transport and taxis. Very convenient for Universal Studios.

Cons:

Far from airport and the centre of the city (touristic areas). You must take public transport or taxi every time you want to go to a different area.
Noisy and busy avenue.

Noisy, sleepless stay!
Pros:

Good location for Sentosa Island and easy to access other areas in Singapore on MRT

Cons:

The noise from the highway/roads in front made it incredibly hard to sleep.

Dissatisfied with the hotel in general, paid a lot for not much. The location was good.
Pros:

Location was best thing

Cons:

There was maintenance people working till midnight right outside our room.
The upstairs bar was dirty everywhere, overpriced and the music was ridiculously loud.
There was mould in the shower and the drains smelt gross constantly.
Not enough bathroom amenities and what was given was poor quality.

Very pleasant, clean, cosy, had everything that we needed with a good location.
Pros:

Breakfast was high quality, was nice to sit outside for it.

Great location opposite Vivo City and walking distance to Sentosa Island. City was easy to get to via MRT.

Cons:

Toilet and shower both very small.

Our stay is just average weighing all the noticeable improvements the hotel can do
Pros:

The room was spacious for the family
The receptionists are easy to talk or ask with
the location is very reasonable to Vivo City
Access to the metro is good

Cons:

The room is noisy, you can hear traffic 24hrs
The beds are too high
The room is only cleaned once every five days and not really cleaned properly
There is only one family room per floor so having two family rooms on different floors is a nightmare
No available or very limited food and juices at the skyfall

Just fine but would not stay again.
Pros:

Comfort of the room. Quiet and close to MRT. The pool was clean.

Cons:

The breakfast was pretty bad. Had to wait for new food. The coffee was disgusting, like a cheap brand, and only coffee granules were served in a pot to look like filter coffee. The breakfast options are basic and fall short of what you expect from a 4-star hotel. The staff never smiled, and conversation was limited to the process. For a 4-star hotel, you would expect a little more warmth.
