The view was excellent and a great location. The apartment was very well appointed with everything we needed.
The bathroom could do with an upgrade. It was not in good repair for the price of the apartment.
The location was great, overlooking the harbour. It was very central to transport and walking to alot of things.
Great having a balcony to sit on or dry washing. Great having a washing machine, and kitchen to cook. Close to IGA to shop.
Loved pool in block 2 which was heated - swam every day even thoguh the other pools were a bit cool.

There were a few things in disrepair which didn't affect our holiday - the taps in the shower were a bit leaky, there were tiles missing in the bathroom and kitchen, a light was faulty A small family of tiny roaches seemed to love the toaster, (not unsurprising in a tropical location) but they were easily contained.
The open bathroom, was a plus and minus. It meant that the bedroom felt open and had a view of the harbour when the shower curtain was open, but it was just a bit of an unusual feature to have the shower over bath in the living area. The downside of an unvenitlated toilet i won't go into.
Several pool and room for all of us. Facilities were as listed and well maintained.
Possibly the inclusion of L shaped lounge and chairs that are a little more comfortable.
We had an amazing stay! The accommodation was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable place to stay. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Front desk staff very vague and disengaged. Lack of hot water for bath/shower. Location was good but can be noisy with the ferries, terminal and walkway in front of unit. No on site restaurant .

The view
The room was so unclean, walls in toilet was disgusting. There where dirty foot prints inside my cupboard. And over all very unclean. I didn't use any plates or cutlery,brought paper plates and cups to use. Kettle was also disgusting

The smell of the deodorants used to cover up stuffiness. Lounge was uncomfortable.
It was in a good location and the apartment was large enough for a family.
It was tired and needed maintenance. The bedroom television did not work and the bedside lamp did not work. The tap in the bathroom basin leaked and the shower tiles were old and in need of a freshen up. The view from the bedroom and veranda was just a garden bed full of dead weeds and the couch/sofa in the lounge room was old and uncomfortable.

Appearance
To open the door to our apartment and be met with the ocean front view was truly delightful. The apartment was spacious and well fitted out with everything you could need for an extended stay. The apartments are very well situated close to everything you need in Nelly Bay but you could really just stay in your room the entire time admiring the ocean!! Having access to all of the pools was lots of fun for the kids to visit each one. The rooftop pool was surprisingly freezing, but the great view up there into the bay and the multitude of lounge chairs made it a great place to spend some time.
The elevator in our building was broken, which was only really an issue getting in and out with all of our luggage. It was a little tricky finding access to the rooftop pool, we couldn't really see any signage for it.
