The cleaning and maintenance is appalling!!!!

The location is great.

Cons:

It was filthy! The floors were dirty, there was dust under all of the furniture, the chairs on the verandah were mouldy, the place smelt musty, there were large live cockroaches in the kitchen, cockroach droppings in the cupboards, the washing machine was mouldy inside and wasn’t even connected to water, the floor in the hallway was always wet and slippery apparently from the air conditioner in the unit below, the BBQ was rusty and the windows were dirty. Our stay was extremely disappointing!!

Pros:

The location and views were sensational. The room was clean, comfortable and a great size. Breakfast was very nice and all the staff are friendly with great service

Dirty, expensive for an awful 3 bedroom unit. Desperately needs an update and good clean. Yuck!

DESPERATELY NEEDS AN OVERHAUL. Dirty, NOTHING like the photo advertised. Bed base falling apart, air conditioning didn’t work so very hot. Hasn’t been cleaned properly for a long time. Large pot on verandah full of filthy water with mozzie wrigglers in it. Bathroom dirty. Paid a lot of money to stay there and it was awful. Extremely disappointed! This was a 3 bedroom unit.

I was very disappointed and felt the facilities certainly did not reflect the almost $400 per night price tag.
Pros:

The location was very central and the view from our balcony was excellent

Cons:

The room was not cleaned properly there was food scraps on the stove top..a protective underwear sticker stuck to the dryer. The windows overlooking the harbour were very very dirty. We were provided with 1 towel and 1 extra blanket to share between 3 adults

Loved the view and how close it was to everything

Cons:

Wipe and smudge marks were visible on all mirrors, we moved couches to play a card game and it was viable that underneath had dent been cleaned for a while as well as under the coffee tables as there were puzzle peaces on the ground

We loved our holiday, and felt very happy with our accomodation
Pros:

The beds were amazing, and the view was superb. The apartment design was very good, and the location was very convienient. The Amenities were very good, with multiple pools, lifts, and carparking

Cons:

The bathrooms were clean, but showing signs of wear and tear. The bright neon blue lights outside along the driveway were very annoying, making it difficult to sleep even with the blinds down. The heated pool and spa area was a very hot space in the afternoon with little shaded areas

Overall, we loved our stay!
Pros:

The apartment was extremely spacious, equipped with lots of condiments, cooking equipment and toiletries. We loved the fact we saw wallabies from our balcony! The pool choice was amazing and always clean. The location was great as next to ferry, bus stop and supermarket.

Cons:

The only thing to boost to a 10 would be if the lady at reception was a bit friendly.

Outstanding location in a beautiful setting
Pros:

The location was outstanding only 50 metres from ferry terminal, buses and shops. The view over the ocean was amazing and the apartment was well appointed. Four pools to choose from and exercise equipment if we chose to use it.

Cons:

The carpet in the bedroom was stained and dirty. The couches need cleaning and especially the armchair was so dirty we didn't sit on it. A full length mirror somewhere would have been good!
