This property is nothing like described. It has no pool, no restaraunt and certainly not recently renovated. The rooms leak the paint is falling off the walls. Our televion had no channels that were watchable even after they changed the television
First time in Pukhet the staff in hotel was very helpful and friendly especially bell boy. Cleaners always did amazing job.
The rooms were really nice… It was in an excellent location within the mall… Lots of restaurants and shopping all around… Did not have much amenities as far as a fitness center or swimming pool… But the location in the cleanliness of the rooms somewhat made up for it…
DO NOT STAY HERE! I had planned to stay here for a week but I had to leave after 3 days as the room was infected with mold! After two days I experience mold toxicity symptoms and had to go to the drs. I want lucky enough that I was offered a refund and was able to book somewhere else but it ruined 6 days out of my trip as I have been sick in bed and unable to do anything!
Nice beach atmosphere: chilled and relaxed. A minor hike to the room and the whole place will need some TLC very shortly. Staff very friendly and attentive

Your claustrophobia will increase with rooms without windows and balconies…
This hotel is very different from the photos shown. I booked the Deluxe Room with Window which the photos showed to have a bathtub and a sofa but they were non-existent. There was only ONE chair in the room if u wanted to sit. No blackout curtains, no memory foam mattress and certainly NOT soundproofed unlike what were stated in the listing. The mattress was really hard and uncomfortable plus the walls seem rather thin. When I questioned the front office, they said that I could have a room with the above BUT I had to pay extra!! Oh, and the room safe didn't work well too. The hotel staff were nice and friendly enough. But overall, I felt cheated as the room was really very lacking as compared to the photos and what was listed. I have booked many hotels with Expedia to other parts of the world and this is the 1st time that I have encountered a hotel room that differs so much from the listing. Be Warned!!
The staff were great
This is the hotel that I saw few years ago when I visited Phuket. It is located at a very convenient location, in the Jungceylon Shopping Mall. For this 3D2N trip, I was planning to have a free & easy leisure trip where there is no specific agenda except a dinner with friends near Laguna Bangtao Beach (an hour journey from Patong beach). I thought I could just wake up freely & go around Patong beach to enjoy the nice beach scenery while having the local streetfood. Indeed, the first night I walked across the street, there was a nice night streetfood market to satisfy my craving for Thai food.
I had quite a high expectation towards this hotel as it looks great exteriorly & really convenient. The interior design of the guestroom looks "weird & scary". Outside the corridor also have several sofa covered with all sorts of soft toys as the sofa cover (looks scarier like hundreds of eyes are looking at you you will feel the "special aura" with goosebumps near this area). I don't even dare to take photo of it. Basic coffee/tea m/water & bathroom amenities were provided (not economical friendly packaging). But the room has a "weird smell" to welcome you as the air-con was not switch on, there is no air ventilation nor freshness in the room IF you never insert the one and only keycard they provided (pay THB1,000 if you lost it).
The nightmare started since the first night. Can you imagine your doorbell was rang nonstop at 2am & knocking my door? I dare not walk towards the door as I was alone and the door latch was broken. Followed by a phone rang nonstop 2+am, then 3+am, 4+am, 5+am... It was like an hourly wake up call. This is ridiculous & unbearable! I was too tired & ignored it. I "believe" it was the "special service offers" since I was in this vicinity. Finally, I can have a peaceful sleep after the "last wake up call at 5+am".
The most frustration part was that I shared this unpleasant feedback to the Receptionist the next day morning. I asked if any guests can dial from room to other room. She said "no, only to/from Reception". Then I repeated the issue again to her. The was no empathy nor apologetic from her. She just simply replied immediately "oh, maybe the phone was broken". In my mind was thinking, why the phone was only rang midnight from 2-5+am? Either there is "special spirit" disturbing me OR the "special service provider" was hunting during that time? Furthermore, there is no Security where anyone can enter the hotel & walk up to second floor freely (all rooms are located at second floor).
*Do not disturb the Reception in the early morning (7am) as she was busy watching video with half-close restless eyes. And if you are checking out during that time, when you handover the keycard, she will just take it & the end of the story. She will never tell/ask you anything IF you never start the conversation. So pity her, she looks very tired & the video that she was watching was unable to energise her...

- Definitely NO, sorry... stay at your own risk
What a pity & waste for such a great location! A great maintenance & tight security would definitely improve the overall experience.

If you actually want to sleep do not stay at this hotel. The bed is so hard is like sleeping on the tile floor. Right above your bed is the air conditioner that is extremely loud.
Pictures are misleading. I stayed in the loft suite and the pictures show the wood shutters open with nice view. In reality; they are all closed and there is no way to open/close them from your room. Not that you would want them open because the people from the mall would be looking in your room.
The hotel is located in a mall which is convenient for shopping, but you always have to walk through the mall to enter the hotel.
Room description does not lie about "in room safe" however the safe is not actually secured to anything. You can put all your valuables inside to make it convenient for a thief to just take the box.
Positives: room is huge, bathroom huge, hot water great, convenient location, friendly staff.
This hotel is a little run down but it’s walkable distance from beach. The hotel is in a shopping mall.
There should be maintenance of the furniture and keep caledor Cool 😎 as well as smells

This property is too look out for . I mean this was one of my bestest stay ever. The property is itself very nice. Beautiful rooms, welcoming staff. And above all it’s location, it was centrally located inside the jungceylon shopping centre. Patong beach was just 10 minutes by walk and Bangla street just 5-7 min walk. This place is full of
Restaurants, shops and shops and shops. So shop till you drop and eat as much as you can 💁🏻♀️😊

Excellent location in the middle of the Jungceylon Shopping Centre. Good shower. Nice staffs. Good room service. Big TV with English channels.
Internet is not good. The carpet on 2nd floor is old. The bathroom and the bedroom are all in the same place, the bathtub is on the side of the bed in front of the fridge. Even without windowns, you can hear the noise from outside. You must leave $1,000 baht cash deposit per person.
My family and I booked twin bed rooms via agoda on Dec 19 for 25Jan -28Jan.
I also specially indicated we need twin beds in a room.
When we reach the hotel in morning, the staff said rooms not ready yet then we came back at night and the rooms was ready but found out it was a single double bed not twin beds for the 2 rooms.
We reason with the staff and the staff mentioned no more twin beds but at the 1st place when we were there, why the staff dont even mentioned??
2nd case:
I wrote in to agoda on 30dec,asking the refundable deposit can pay via cash and credit card? It sae YES but when we want to pay, the staff said strictly is CASH? Lucky i got enough CASH.
It was such a disappointed things.
My family was upset too.
Even location is good, I wont visit again this hotel.
