Pros:

Friendly staff, very helpful, got room upgraded.and early check-in was great after long travel hours.

Cons:

The shower head needs mount replacement it sprays up at the wall
The lights outside the hotel shone at the bedroom window, and it was very hard to sleep

Pros:

I really love that our room is on the ground floor. So accessible to the cafeteria and reception area.

Cons:

I really don't like the pressure on the shower. It was so hard to control. If you are not so careful, the shower will make it outside the comfort room.
