Atrocious hotel do not stay here
Pros:

Pool area was nice

Cons:

Food was unedible, sheets had blood stains on them towels in bathroom had five different hotel names on.

Pros:

The food was excellent, as was the location

Cons:

The staff was kind, but maybe the managment is bad. The room was not cleaned once during our stay, nor did the sheets were changed. The bathroom had mold, the grout was black and there was limescale. The cleaning staff only changed the trash can.

Pros:

It was average, I would not come back at this 2 stars hotel. Still the beach was nice and the food ok. Children liked the pool and we enjoyed our stay overall. Balcic gardens were beautiful.

Cons:

Before the vacation just discovered one of the guests have cancer. We tried to comunicate with the hotel management to cancel the booking because this situation, i think is a special situation, but we did not get any answer. On that period when was the booking, the guests was one cancer trearment center. I dont recomand, If you die, you (your family) dont have chance to cancel the booking end get a refund.

Nightmare trying to forget

Nothing it was nightmare

Everything was bad
Personal enter your room when they want even though you are naked they enter “clean room”
They had not heard for cards with signs “do not disturb “
For all this hotel there is only one elevator small and slow
Food is so bad we did not eat from hotel even though we paid for all inclusive
We eat outside hotel some restaurants
They try to save money from everything even if there is fights around the pool they dont call security because they dont want to pay to security
It was so cheap hotel with cheap food.
Usually when we go for vacation we don’t want to
Go home, not this time. We had paid for 3 nights 4 days but left this garbage hotel even 1 night earlier.
