It was nice.
Pros:

The breakfast was amazing. We just wish we knew we were able to order at the beginning. We would definitely recommend it. The price was average. Nothing amazing. Loved that it was pet friendly.

Cons:

The pool was a ratio of 2 adults to about 25 kids. It was way over crowded and extremely loud. They were doing whatever they wanted. We were looking forward to the pool and because of that, we never went in.

It was a nice hotel with unexpected drawbacks for a Hilton.
Pros:

Nice lobby and staff. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The elevators were out of service my entire stay. The faucet in the bathroom was loose. While the bed was comfortable, the pillows weren’t. Too soft and flat. I woke up with a stiff neck.

Hotel quality went down
Pros:

I travel for business and for me the quality and amenities at the hotel are important, after all I pay for it. Hotel cancel the breakfast buffet, now it’s only cook to order and it very limited in choices, food is made purely and some ingredients are old, for example mushrooms, potatoes and they smell, and you will get sick from it, coffee cups are extra small size, dinning room/lobby is extremely cold, no heat. I stayed here before and it was a good hotel. Unfortunately I will not stay here anymore. Rooms are fair but only fair with leaky windows. Hotel management should address these issues to improve it.

Pros:

The bed w as s comfortable and the soap in the bathroom makes it easier for travelers. With the prices it should be free breakfast like it said or I would've stayed somewhere else.

I will not let this location ruin the Hilton brand where I always had a great stay!
Pros:

I choose to stay at this property because it had a spa/ swimming pool.

Cons:

The staff was not welcoming. The bartender pointed to what we asked instead of answering the questions.
The spa had no jets working and the pool floor had visible dirt.
After getting home and reviewing my back account I realized I was overcharged so I called the Hilton and was told I have a Non refundable smoking fee because the executive housekeeper said there was evidence of smoking.
So what evidence and I don’t smoke?
I feel this is straight robbery and will not let up till I get my hard earned money back.
