Pros:

Loved the convenience of having a pool, well needed hot tub after a long flight, good to order onsight.

Cons:

Someone else's key card was able to open my door. They assumed I had broken into their room and actually tried to break into my room. Had the latch not been on they would've been able to walk in. I did tell to them and told them the room was occupied. However I've of them continued trying to enter. Eventually they walked away and I assume they found their correct room. I'm grateful the room had a latch but it was scary that could open the door

Pros:

Reception staff, very nice both when I arrived late on Thursday and again first thing in the morning on Friday. I arrived later due to the storm and had to be at my meeting in Cherry Hill by 6am, so I basically took a shower and slept at the hotel but everything was fine. I will return again, if I have the occasion to be in that area.

Was a pretty good hotel
Pros:

Everything the room was clean and most workers were nice

Cons:

The hot tub wasn’t working after I called and they said it was working and the worker Sharee was not friendly at all

They called me back to the room to move my stuff and my kid stuff to another room because there was a leak. I was late and had to cancel a whole day of my vacation plans because of this.
