Was a pretty good hotel
Pros:

Everything the room was clean and most workers were nice

Cons:

The hot tub wasn’t working after I called and they said it was working and the worker Sharee was not friendly at all

Cons:

They called me back to the room to move my stuff and my kid stuff to another room because there was a leak. I was late and had to cancel a whole day of my vacation plans because of this.

It was decent. Stayed for my son's 10th birthday but had some inconveniences.
Pros:

Area of the hotel and was clean and well kept except for the pool.

Cons:

Pool was dirty and jets in the hot tub were not working. The air system in one of my rooms was not working properly so it was very hot. Also the elevators were out during checkout. I had to carry my infant/car seat and 2 year old down 5 flights of stairs along with all of our luggage.

Great experience!
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff made the experience even better.

A special thank you to Daisy for her outstanding customer service. She was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. Her attention to guests and positive attitude truly made my stay more enjoyable.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and look forward to staying here again in the future.

Stay Somewhere Else
Pros:

We stayed here for 3 long nights because of a sports tournament. We were less then impressed with this hotel. The smells throughout the lobby, hallways & rooms were horrendous!!! You could not get away from them. Room #1 - There were dirty dishes outside the room, on the floor, in the hallway, the room had a terrible smell, the wallpaper was coming off the wall under the window & the sheets were way too small for the beds. Honestly, I don't know how they got them on the bed without ripping them. They were pulled so tight & riding way up! You could see the actual mattress! GROSS!! The lady at the front desk moved our room. Same floor a couple of doors down. Room # 2 - This room had a smell too (but not as bad as room #1) & the refrigerator had a terrible oder as well. Again, the sheets were too small & a piece of the wallpaper was ripped off under the window. The furniture was beat in both rooms. This hotel is in need of a deep clean & major overhaul.
