Hampton inn needs to be consistent!
Pros:

Door wouldn't lock. Room was fine.
Breakfast poorly attended . No eggs. Had to wait 10 minutes. No spoons. Had to find attendant who was sitting in the back room drinking a soda.

Breakfasts was good , price was right and building was very clean
Pros:

Staff was very courteous and helpful went over and beyond to help with us checking in travelling from Florida

Cons:

Doors may need adjustment because bathroom doors was getting stuck and front door was hard to close

Good place for travelers.
Pros:

The room was of good size and had nice furnishings. The bathroom was modern but several things like the shower door needed attention The door had some iron stains that needed work. The door latch to the bathroom had been tampered with. This was reported to the desk clerk and she recorded our concern. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good

untrustworthy staff and rooms are hit and miss for cleanliness
Pros:

I have stayed in this hotel a few times and the past experiences were fine. However, this Dec we had 2 rooms and 1 was clean. It smelled like new carpet and the bed still had a tag on it. The 2nd room had an overwhelming stench. We found a spot at the end of the bed that looked like a urine stain (hoping it was a dog). We asked to switch rooms and moved to another which was ok. In the chaos of changing rooms, we accidentally left a pair of expensive new sunglasses in the dirty room. We realized this the next morning when we were on the road. Tried calling the hotel multiple times and couldn't get an answer so we left a message. The manager returned our message a few hours later saying that she found the glasses. We were already several hours down the road. I replied that we would be passing back through the area in 4 days and asked if she would hold them. She said, "Of course, they will be at the front day for you with your name on them." 4 days later when we returned their were no glasses. .. no follow up. This will be our last stay at this hotel.

Pros:

The continental breakfast was great and the staff was friendly and helpful!

Cons:

We stayed for 3 nights and nobody ever cleaned our room or offered clean towels. The dryer was broken and we were charged $5 to use the industrial dryer on site as an alternative.

Really, really bad hotel.
Pros:

I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times. I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times as my family lives in Ozark. The time before last there was broken furniture and the breakfast was nonexistent. This last time I stayed there they put me and my family in a room with no hot water in the sink and a shower that would not turn on at all. To be fair the desk clerk did offer to put us in another room but we were worn out from driving all day and my family decided to stay in the room, I wanted to move but was too tired to fight about it. I did tell the manager about all of this the next morning and was assured I would receive some compensation, never did.

Overall it was OK but many little things still need to be addressed!

It was being refurbished and the parts that were done were really nice

Cons:

The bathtub in the room was disgusting!!! It was stained and had layers of soap scum up the sides!

Clean comfy Ok for the price.
Pros:

Well it was loud the highway traffic. The shower door was broke which to me was dangerous room 326. Bed comfy, clean room.

Cons:

Not as nice as it was 5 years ago but not bad for price.
