Pros:

Great staff. Well maintained, clean, very comfortable bed and room. Enjoyed having access to the pool and hot tub. Pretty decent biscuits and gravy for breakfast.

I felt safe with my fiancee being there with me but wouldn't have felt safe without him.

The waffle batter was too runny and watered down whichade for an undesirable waffle

I didn't like the bread bag twist tie holding our deadbolt on to the door. And every exterior door said your key card opens them but they were all just unlocked and unsecure

Peaceful area yet close to town
Pros:

Breakfast was wonderful, a nice selection of proteins and breads. Room was clean, beds were comfy. Quiet and peaceful area. Large yard behind the building where people were relaxing with lawn chairs they brought.

Cons:

Swimming pool floor seemed to be a little dirty. Could have been the lighting in the room made it appear that way.

Overall, met my needs. The TV not working was a little disappointing but staff was very nice.

If you want cleanliness, DO NOT STAY HERE!
Pros:

There was an adequate supply of food but the area was so dark! Not welcoming at all. And the tip box was a total shocker! We did leave $$ in the tip box as it was raining the first morning so we didn't want to go outside in the storm.

Cons:

VERY disappointing! If we could have cancelled, we would have. We arrived too late in the day to cancel the first night and after spending over 6 hours in the car just wanted to get out of the car and into somewhere since we were tired. I checked for bed bugs and didn't find any but the sheets had holes in them. Then, the next morning we discovered what looked like urine stains on the bedspread! YUCK!!! The rug was so dirty when we walked across it with our white socks the socks were BLACK! The internet was sporadic and the t.v. set didn't work at all. My hubby, using his computer, was finally able to fix the t.v. so we could try to watch it. The whole experience was ICKY! We checked out on the 2nd day and went to a much nicer motel. Since the price of this Best Western was MORE than the 2nd hotel we chose which was much cleaner, we were extremely disappointed, to say the least.

Convenient, value for the service and room, we enjoyed our overnight stay.

Pros:

It is a fairly well kept hotel, the breakfast was as expected from a continental breakfast. The room was clean, though we did find one wrapper near the a/c. There was a hot tub and I was able to use the pool - I am disabled and most pools have ladders to enter and exit the pool, few of them have entry/exit chairs, and those that have them are non-functional. I did not test the chair, but the stairs to enter were not slippery and they have a railing, we will return just because of that.

Cons:

Would have liked it if there was extra toilet paper in the room if they are going to leave a partially used one on the holder. None of the doors (external/pool) were locked, but felt the location was safe. The pool didn't have any towels, but the desk person got them for us right away. The first night the hot tub was very hot, which was nice, the second night the hot tub was over flowing and cold water was coming through one jet, so it was a bit chilly. By comparison, the first night the pool was cold, but the second night it was warmer.

Clean comfortable hotel.
Pros:

Room was very clean and comfortable. Microwave and fridge both used and clean and operating well. Breakfast was satisfactory, nothing exciting but it was hot and fresh, good cereal assortment and Waffle Machine.

Heard noises from neighbors. Door slammed, really loud. Did hear water in pipes from floor above.

Upon checking in we paid an additional $20 for early check in to enter a room that wasn’t clean. The sheets and pillow cases had black and yellow stains. The floor unvaccumed. Tables and tv dusty. The ac was loud and broken and rattling. The noise allowed after 10 pm was ridiculous. Worst experience ever
