From Tuesday 2 April until mid-June 2024 our swimming pool and fitness facilities will be closed due to renovation work. Our Wellness facilities will have reduced opening hours. You may experience some inconvenience as a result of the renovation works. We'll do our best to limit the impact. The renovation works will take place during the day from Monday to Friday. Do not hesitate to contact staff if you have any questions regarding the renovation work.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. We misten alleen kamerjassen.
En de kluisjes bij de wellness waren "ingewikkeld". Personeel moest ons helpen daar.

De bediening in het restaurant op zaterdagavond was subliem. Lief, servicegericht, humoristisch en hardwerkende jonge dame die ons bediende. Weet helaas de naam niet maar ze vertelde dat ze in Arnhem woont. Ik vierde mijn 60e verjaardag en daar heeft ze aandacht aan besteed.

Cons:

Ik had bij de reservering gezegd dat ik met het gezin mijn 60e verjaardag zou vieren en ze beloofden dat er een fles bubbels klaar zou staan in de kamer. Dit was niet zo. Wel een verjaardagskaart met niets op de achterkant. Dat vond ik wel een domper

Redelijk wellicht niet voor herhaling vatbaar.
Pros:

Bedden waren goed opgemaakt, kamer was schoon.

Cons:

Het toilet was niet goed schoongemaakt, er waren sporen van de vorige gasten te zien in het toilet.
Badjassen moest je huren, dit is de eerste keer dat ik zoiets heb meegemaakt bij de Van der Valk.
Er waren geen stoelen op het balkon waarop je kon zitten.

Vuurwerk vrij en welkom met de 🐕

De comfortabele en schone omgeving en manier waarop we verwelkomen werden met onze hond. Wat fijn dat de vuurwerk overlast was echt minimaal

Close to motorway. Clean and quiet.
Pros:

Excellent location just off motorway. Convenient too for Christmas display at Intratuin. Have stayed here several times and for us, the accommodation and location are perfect.

Cons:

A personal opinion only and it may well have changed. When we ate at the hotel quite a few years ago now, the evening menu was not to our liking. We haven't tried since, choosing to eat off site, so it may well be better. And as mentioned, purely our personal taste.
