Great Club Lounge Experience.

Sehr freundliches Personal, aber Preis-Leistung beim Frühstück hat nachgelassen

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel und sind diesmal mit etwas gemischten Eindrücken abgereist.

Die Zimmer sind weiterhin sehr schön und sauber, und das Personal ist durchweg freundlich und professionell. Besonders Antonio hat uns beim Check-out sehr herzlich und professionell verabschiedet.

Unklar war für uns jedoch die Situation bei der Buchung: Wir hatten ein Zimmer für zwei Personen und eines für drei Personen gebucht und den Aufpreis für die dritte Person bereits im Voraus über Booking bezahlt. Vor Ort sollte ein weiterer recht hoher Betrag nochmals berechnet werden. Wir hoffen daher, dass die im Voraus gezahlte Zusatzgebühr von Booking entsprechend erstattet wird.

Auch das Frühstück hat uns im Vergleich zu unserem Aufenthalt vor zwei Jahren weniger überzeugt: Der Preis ist deutlich gestiegen, während Qualität und Auswahl aus unserer Sicht etwas nachgelassen haben.

Very well located excellently maintained and tastefully done hotel that can do lots to improve its food selection
Pros:

excellent location, great decor; every aspect of the hotel is tastefully done and complete privacy is maintained; reception staff can be more friendly and recognise the loyalty level and act accordingly instead of stretching the conversation before accepting the request.
Only negative aspect is the food quality that was below par.
No good selection for vegetarians either in the breakfast or lounge bhours.
Simply adding a hot oatmeal to the breakfast can go a long way in helping a vegetarian palate. Room service food was not great in taste.

It's ok and they try to please
Pros:

It's well situated and the breakfast is good. The room was very comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. Hotels in Bangkok are expensive, and this was good value for money. Apart from the rooftop bar which was a bit pricey.

Cons:

The staff dressed as people from the 1920s era wears thin very quickly - some of them look very uncomfortable in those clothes. There was a mix-up over returning my security deposit which was a bit annoying. .

Just amazing

A fantastic charming hotel with a lovely 1920s feel. The restaurant, lobby and bar made you feel like you've been moved to a bygone era. The rooms and bathrooms were very nice. The breakfast was good, and the staff always met us with a smile and were incredibly service-minded. Cozy rooftop bar and pool, as well as a great location in Bangkok. Highly recommended!

The best hotel stay we’ve ever had – outstanding service and atmosphere
Pros:

We stayed three nights at Hotel Muse Bangkok, and it was quite simply the best hotel experience we’ve ever had.

The hotel has a boutique 1920s prohibition-era theme that is beautifully executed. It’s not bright and flashy, but rather calm, moody, and atmospheric — and it absolutely works. The design feels authentic and thoughtful without being over the top. The entire property, including the rooms, is in excellent condition and very well maintained.

The location is very central and easy to access, yet the hotel feels like a quiet retreat from the city’s intensity. The size is perfect — large enough to offer great facilities, yet small enough to feel personal. The rooftop bar is fantastic and well worth a visit.

What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the staff.

At check-in, my partner realized she had lost her passport after our domestic flight. As you can imagine, this was extremely stressful. The hotel staff went far beyond what anyone could reasonably expect. They contacted airlines and airports, coordinated communication, handled follow-ups, and continuously updated us. All of this was done proactively and with genuine care.

When the airline finally confirmed that the passport had been found, the hotel staff immediately helped us organize everything so we could retrieve it as quickly as possible.

Throughout the entire situation, they remained calm, supportive, and reassuring — always with a smile and llight humor to help ease the stress. They truly supported my partner when she was close to breaking down.

This level of service is rare. We are deeply grateful and cannot recommend Hotel Muse highly enough.
