Pros:

Really big and comfy room

Cons:

Having to pay for parking - not like you’re going to park here and go somewhere else.
Shower head not “fixed” and kept moving and ended up soaking the floor too

Great location and good rooms- watch for extra on costs!!
Pros:

The hotel facilities were what we needed for our stay. The food was lovely and drink prices were reasonable. We had a deluxe family room with 2 double beds which was great for our teenage daughter

Cons:

We were with a number of families as we had a football match the day after the stay. We were the only family to be charged for parking (£9) which we felt was unfair. When challenged we were told it was because we had booked with booking.com. When we booked it just said parking was available and the receptionist then told me it was in the small print! Others with us didn’t book direct with the hotel but still didn’t pay! Our welcome letter also stated free parking but we were told we still had to pay! Our stay turned out the most expensive in the whole of the group who stayed!

Breakfast was good, nice selection of hot and cold food

Cons:

Was surprised to be charged for carparking as an extra and I did not like having to download and create an account for the EV chargpoint app to charge the car. These apps always retain money in a wallet and its very hard to get it back when you know you will never use it again.
