El hotel estaba en obras y no lo avisan de antemano. La fachada con andamios, la entrada y subida a las habitaciones muy muy cutre!! Moqueta vieja y sucia. El ascensor diminuto. A un lado del pasillo estaba nuestra habitación (zona reformada, sencilla pero correcta). Al otro lado todo en obras, polvo...
En el baño se hecha de menos un armarito o banco para poder dejar las cosas de aseo y una mampara o algo para q no salga el agua.
Lo q más me enfadó fue q en el check out le preguntamos al recepcionista si nos podía pedir un taxi OFICIAL para ir al aeropuerto (q la tarifa es fija 45€) y él nos aseguró q sí, q serían 45€. Pero cual fue nuestra sorpresa q al pagar al taxista nos pidió 55€. Nosotros le pedimos explicaciones y nos aseguró que los 10€ eran de la comisión q se quedan los del hotel. Nos sentimos estafados!!!!

Disappointed with my stay in the hotel
Pros:

Check in and check out went smoothly. The WiFi worked. The location was great for what I needed.

Cons:

Half the hotel is being renovated. Which means there is dust everywhere. In the room, no air con, just an old fan. Breakfast room closed. Decor needs updating, carpets in room need replacing. Mould on shower ceiling. I would not call this a two star hotel in it’s current state.

Os funcionários em si foram ótimos o que falhou infelizmente foram os bed bugs

Os funcionários foram incríveis, atenciosos e me ajudaram quando tive o problema

Cons:

Infelizmente tinha percevejos no quarto (bed bugs) e estou toda picada e machucada.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all, it’s so dirty and not well organized.

It was very dirty, smelled like pee, and there was a miscommunication with check out time and all of our luggage were thrown in the lobby.

La posizione e lo staff gentile

Cons:

Camera sporca: moquette lurida , polvere arretrata, muffa in bagno . ( non mi sono fatto pulire la stanza durante il soggiorno per evitare che portassero cimici del letto, che per fortuna non c’erano )

Está bien ubicado, cerca de estación de metro, con variedad de restaurantes a la redonda. El hotel está en remodelación, la habitación es sencilla, con camas amplias y espacio justo para 3 ocupantes

Cons:

Un inconveniente fue que la habitación no tiene aire acondicionado.
