Important information:

When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of R120 per pet, per night applies. We accept small size pets weighing up to 10 kilos and a maximum of two pets per apartment. The pet must carry the vaccination card updated with mandatory vaccines (anti-rabies), which must be presented at check-in, under penalty of non-acceptance of the animal.

Please note that accommodations may charge a Tourism Tax of R$ 3.75 per person/day and also a Service Tax of 10% (both are optional/voluntary contributions).Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. MALA EXPERIENCIA
Pros:

Lo único que salvó fue el desayuno. Las habitaciónes fueron pésimas; mal olor(Olor a baño), ruido permanente del aire acondicionado que no nos dejó dormir, primero no enfriaba; luego vino el personal de mantenimiento, hizo una limpieza rapida del filtro y hasta ahi. Enfrió, pero con ruido muy molesto.

Cons:

La habitacion y el cobro del estacionamiento... ya anduve por muchos hoteles en le mundo; pero es la primera vez que pago estacionamiento.

Pros:

O cheiro da recepçao eh muito gostoso. A piscina termica muito bonita. Cafe da manha tambem estava ok com relaçao ao custo do hotel.

Cons:

Serviço pessimo, colaboradores mal educados. Serviço da piscina pessimo, camareiras pessimas, quarto super mal arrumado.

Hermosas Vacaciones en el Gran Carima
Pros:

Lo amplio, cómodo y disposicion del Hotel. La variedad de comida en el desayuno. La Naturaleza Viva de los Pavos Reales mezclada con el Ser Humano. La Piscina con el servicio en mesa y la predisposición de todo el personal para hacerte la estancia aún más agradable. En dos palabras....casi TODO.

Cons:

La cena. A mí gusto le faltaba un poco de variedad. Y comparándolo con el pedazo de desayuno que sirven se queda corta.
