When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of R120 per pet, per night applies. We accept small size pets weighing up to 10 kilos and a maximum of two pets per apartment. The pet must carry the vaccination card updated with mandatory vaccines (anti-rabies), which must be presented at check-in, under penalty of non-acceptance of the animal.

Nos gustaron mucho las noches temáticas a la hora de la cena.
El bar podría permanecer un tiempo más abierto, al menos los fines de semana.

E a localização é próxima à maioria dos passeios.

La comida, la pileta bajo techo, las habitaciones estuvieron cómodas, la atención de la mayor parte del staff, el equipo dimitri de la recreación
Si bien la habitación era cómoda, había olor a desagote todo el tiempo, y tela de arañas, que llama mucho la atención al ser una habitación suit, además el hotel en si le falta bastante mantenimiento, la sala de juegos parece bastante vieja y le faltan cosas, ademas la plaza de juegos junto a la piscina estaba sucia y abandonada. Fue lo que más notamos porque justamente elegimos el lugar por nuestra bebe. En las fotos del hotel se ven bastante lindas pero al llegar al lugar es otra cosa totalmente distinta. En todo el hotel falta mantenimiento, techos, pisos, piscina, baños. Etc. los baños en los espacios públicos estaban muy sucios todo el tiempo. Si bien nuestra experiencia fue positiva, pero por lo que te cobran, hay hoteles con mejor estructura en foz.

O hotel tem excelente estrutura e staff. Os ambientes comuns são agradáveis; o bar da piscina funciona ate as 23h com preço justo. A infra estrutura do hotel é otima.
Cama desconfortável, toalhas e fronhas com cheiro desagradavel (cheiro de roupa que nao secou adequadamente).
Muitas áreas de lazer!
Pegamos quarto com varanda de frente para piscina, para quem quer descansar no quarto não é uma boa opção.
Quarto confortável, ambientes de lazer e atividades. Café da manhã com muitas variedades.
O chuveiro do quarto não aquecia corretamente, ou ficava muito quente ou muito frio. Precisei trocar de quarto, pois o que fiquei inicialmente o ar condicionado não funcionava corretamente e tinha um barulho como se estivesse saindo gás. A recepção me mostrou três quartos para que eu escolhesse, apenas o último não estava com barulho. Os corredores são muito abafados e quentes. Alguns funcionários tinham zero receptividade e carisma (principalmente os da recepção). O estacionamento é pago à parte.
O hotel é muito grande, café da manhã muito bom.
