The bed was slept in, the cigarette ash was in the room and the bathroom was a disgrace. Horrible and below any imagination. Please 🙏🏻 booking, take them down.

The receptionist helped me find another place.

Cons:

The receptionist couldn't reach the owner, who took all the keys and went on vacation. So, I and several other families were left out on the street. The receptionist helped us find another hotel, and we had to move in the middle of the night. EZIO hotel is very BAD!!!!
