A vista do hotel é muito bonita, ambiente amplo e tranquilo. Funcionárias da limpeza e recepcionista muito prestativas e simpáticas.

Hotel caro, café da manhã péssimo, não tem TV em nenhum quarto, não tem recepicionista o tempo todo, atendimento da recepção muito fraco.

No airport transportation, limited use of hot water (only at night), also water is not as hot as usual shower, room and facilities are poorly updated.

The hotel shop is selling nice wears.

Compared with pricing, we expect more updated hotel with this price range.

Hotel is a bit run down. Rooms were basic and clean. Person at the front desk was not very knowledgeable. They are a mile and a half from town and the walk along the ocean was nice but still got tiring. Would be good if they had bicycles for rent. They did call taxis for us which arrived pretty quickly except for one that didn't show at all (and guy then had left the desk). Water is not drinkable and hotel only sold small bottles and ran out so there was no water available at all one night without walking a mile and a half to town.

イースター島は資源に限りがあり、Wifiも島としてつながりにくい環境なので、評価はあまり高くしませんでした。シャワーの温度もかなり低く、冬でしたが部屋は暖房がなく寒いくらいでした。でも、コテージで部屋から海が見えプール付き、さらに朝食や夕食の会場は海が前面にパノラマ上に見えて、冬（雨期）だったので夕日は雲が邪魔して見えませんでしたが夏（乾期）はとても素晴らしいだろうと思います。

The staff at the donning room was wonderful. You must speak Spanish at this hotel. Only three people speak English. Take a translator with you, just down load it. Take the island tour, well worth it.

Reserve insegura en el Iorana ya que había leído algunos comentarios no muy buenos sin embargo nos llevamos una grata estadia.
lo primero que se debes tener en cuenta es que es una isla por tanto no puedes esperar las comodidades de la ciudad a menos que te hospedes en el hangaroa spa que sale arriba de mil dólares la noche.
inicialmente íbamos por 3 días pero quedamos tan fascinados con la isla q nos quedamos 8.
Karen la chica de la recepción aunque es algo seria fue muy amable y eficiente, la señora Rosa que hace el aseo en las habitaciones un amor , el desayuno tipo americano sabroso a pesar de que el hotel estaba lleno el restaurante pasa vacío así que puedes comer tranquilo y abundante con una vista maravillosa, hay una piscina de agua natural hermosa y una piscina para niños un poco pasada de cloro pero rica
Tiene una tele con 3 canales nacionales que en verdad ni usas porque hay mucho para hacer , en la recepción te ayudan para arrendar un auto q es la mejor opción , sale 40 lukas el día, pero te evitas el guía turístico, con un mapa de papel en un día recorres todos los moais
Lo único malito era la cama que le suena todo pero bueno como les digo no puedes pedir mucho en una isla

Es importante señalar que lo mejor que tiene este Hotel es la Ubicación, en primera línea, con vista espectacular.

Respecto a la Infraestructura, esta deja mucho que desear.

Urge una remodelación de habitaciones y Baños, los que claramente ya cumplieron su vida útil.

El personal es muy amable y hace lo que puede.

Hotel con servicios mínimos, muy costoso para lo que ofrece...no volveremos

The hotel is basic. The breakfast is small but ok quality, the menu for lunch/dinner is very limited and the quality was poor in comparison to any restaurant we ate at during our week on Easter Island. The location is a 15 minute walk to the town centre and apart from the sea view didn’t have much to offer. The service at reception was variable, we asked for a taxi on one day which seemed to be a hassle for the man on reception; he said the taxi was coming but 45 minutes later nothing arrived and we ended up being very stressed as we nearly missed a booking. I wouldn’t book this hotel - I would choose from one of the hotels in the town area unless you have a rental car booked.

The installations could be better, they are old but work.

海岸に近く、雰囲気は良いが、従業員の態度が悪い。観光のことを聞いてもフロントスタッフは丁寧に教えてはくれなかった。

Front office staff was very good, especially telling us about getting up early to see the sunrise at Tongariki. Dining hall personnel were also very helpful, taking care of us for breakfast and an occasional lunch.
