Pros:

The staff who helped with dining, baggage, urgent need for medication were wonderful. 1. The checkin process was not smooth- there was lack of information on the 3rd party site and from the hotel in emails regarding the need for full passport/OCI documentation. While all worked out in the end- 1 front desk lady was not helpful at all in troubleshooting & offering alternatives to the physical passport (eg, pictures). It was stressful after having traveled for more than 6 hours to think we had no where to stay.
2. Rooms/bathrooms NOT WELL kept: toilets, sink, showers not clean, dust under desks, old slippers from previous guests. It was terrible & embarrassing. Especially since I invited family to come as well.
3. Food options pretty decent. No complaints.
I would avoid this place.

food was very good. breakfast spread and service was excellent. We had buffet dinner . It was very good
