Totally enjoyed the stay there

Pros:

1. The bed was very comfortable.
2. The breakfast spread was very nice.
3. We didn't use the swimming pool, but it looked very good.
4. The location is very good. Walkable to the bus station.
5. The interior and decor was very pleasant.
6. The check-in check-out process was very smooth.

Cons:

1. We had to stand outside at midnight as the gate was locked without prior communication, and there was no bell, nor was anyone picking up the call at the reception. We had to stand banging the gate until someone noticed.
2. The rooms were not sound proof.
3. Bathroom slats were opening into the room.

The stay was excellent.
Pros:

The property is excellent with courteous staff. The buffet spread is quite lavish.

Cons:

The rooms could have been more better with little bit more space. The hotel can arrange for pick up & drop facilities at a reasonable cost.

Pros:

staff was very supportive , good location.

we stayed for four days and satisfied.

Cons:

All good .

There was shortage of door keys. we were given only one key at the time of check in and was later given second one. it would be nice if this issue can be fixed.
