We visited the Orchid Restaurant while we were staying at the hotel. The restaurant was busy during buffet hour but it was easy to get seated. Polaki was our server and she was very attentive to our needs, especially helping our little one regain some appetite after a long journey. Appreciate the kindness shown as part of the warm welcome from the staff!

Sujal, Manshi and Abhimanu did a great job with our dinner requests at the SkyHaus restaurant and contributed to a great evening overall.
Food quality is superb and the staff are very friendly and cooperative. Shubho from their team helped us a lot in the finner. He is just a gem.

Dear Management,
I recently stayed at JP Palace Hotel in Mysore and would like to share some feedback regarding my experience.
Unfortunately, the overall service did not reflect the standards expected from a 4½ or 5-star hotel. The staff, starting from the reception to other personnel, did not appear welcoming or friendly. Basic hospitality such as greeting guests with a smile and offering assistance seemed to be lacking.
In addition, the breakfast quality was closer to that of a 3-star hotel rather than a premium property. I also found that the cleanliness and maintenance of the room were not up to the expected standard.
I believe these areas require attention and improvement in order to provide guests with the level of service that the hotel’s reputation suggests.
I hope the management will take this feedback constructively and work towards improving the guest experience.
