Dipa is a sweet and dedicated girl.
Fantastic hotel with very attentive staff. We had a lovely big room. Bed was very comfy and plenty of hot water in the shower. Spotlessly clean. Good tea/coffee facilities in the room. There is a nice swimming pool.
Food is excellent. We enjoyed the buffet dinner with chance to try lots of different Indian dishes. Huge range of food for breakfast too. Waiting staff are super friendly - shout out to Subho who was super smiley and friendly at breakfast.
The hotel is a 25 min walk from the palace and sights although it’s better to use a taxi.
Highly recommend the JPPalace.
We had a good stay at the hotel. The breakfast buffet had a decent spread despite the gas shortage. The staff was friendly and polite, Princhi was especially courteous.

I had a wonderful experience at JP Fortune Palace Hotel. The overall stay was very comfortable, and the hotel maintains excellent standards in every aspect – from cleanliness and room quality to service and hospitality.
The rooms were well maintained, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff throughout the hotel were polite, professional, and always ready to help, which made our stay even more pleasant.
A special mention to the restaurant team. Even though we had booked the buffet, Naveen and his team were extremely kind and attentive. They went out of their way to serve us exactly what we wanted and ensured we had a great dining experience. Their hospitality and personalized service truly stood out.
Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I would definitely recommend JP Fortune Palace to anyone visiting. Looking forward to staying here again.

Absolute average food experience, zero customisation they could do for the food asked, while Booking everything was being called as possible.. while asking at restaurant also everything was possible but then nothing came on table... And restaurant manager advised they have to freshly prepared so they can't do it...

Great food and friendly staff!😊 especially Vinayak. He makes sure the guests are comfortable and all the queries are catered to everytime we visit. Other mentions are subho, Raja, Lamcy, Polaki, who are very approachable and customer oriented ! The friendly staff keeps bringing us back to this place again and again.
Shubho's service was very affable, warm n nice. Food was decently good with lots of hits n few misses.
Mr subho was excellent with his assistance at the dining. Would recommend more activities for kids as this was a leisure stay.
