The breakfast was good. the bed were comfortable. it was a good option for a 1 night stay
The car park is so steep and the parking sports are so narrow. the noise from the hall can be heard inside, so noise guests should be warned after 10pm.
The location is very convenient
Housekeeping was below standard. No face towels, no bath mat. Had to request for them to be provided. The quality of the food at the rooftop restaurant was sub standard.
Breakfast was very good. Dinner options were also good, but limited.
Only the location and some staff courteous behaviour
The room with stinking smell from the bathroom.The food quality especially at the crood restaurant was horrible uncooked

Breakfast can get a little busy. The staff tries their best there are staggered times indicated but needs a ittle attention.
Overall property is well located, staff was good. The amenities and infrastructure was okay, definitely looks like it had seen good days but now looks old with some switches now working in the room, was not to the level I would expect for 5 star hotel
Overall maintenance could be better and in the morning the restaurant couldn’t handle all guests during breakfast and it was chaotic
I like the breakfast ..many options
The rooms for 4 it mention in the booking but later on they have to add on beds to fit everyone
